Alexander hurried forward. “Mr. Ramsey, he … he was my instructor during my special training at the military academy. Please, show him mercy.”
Dimitri roared, “Alexander, you bastard! I ought to have you executed for being such a coward!”

Robin sneered. “So what if I threaten you? What can you do about it?”
“Dimitri, shut up!” Yakonov sprang from his seat in panic.
“Mr. Drakebane, please, let’s not be rash. I think we should sit down and talk.
“This is all just a misunderstanding.”
“Misunderstanding or not, it makes no difference to me” Robin scoffed.
“If you hadn’t conspired with the Dark Syndicate and the Panacea Ocean Warriors Alliance to assassinate me, do you really think you’d still have the chance to sit here and negotiate?
“You tried to kill me. Now, you’ll suffer my wrath!”
With that, Robin reached out his cold, snow–like hand, grabbed Yakonov by the hair, and flung him to the ground in front of Jane.
“Kill him! Avenge everyone who died in Snowy Valley!”
With a sharp sh, blood sprayed through the air.
Jane’s de sliced Yakonov’s throat open in one clean motion.
The Northwest Defense Command Center fell into a deathly silence.
Dimitri, who had been seething with rage and eager to strike down Robin just moments ago, now stood frozen–too terrified <i>to </i>utter a word.

He knew that if he so much as spoke another word, this ruthless Divine Drakebane would slice his head off without hesitation.

Robin turned and walked out of the Command Center.
All the officers in the Command Center watched his imposing figure, their hearts pounding.
This Eastern man, known as Divine Drakebane in the World of Darkness, was truly worthy of that title.
The aura he emanated left them–generals who had risen through the ranks during peaceful times— shaken and terrified.
If Highmand Headquarters did not take the wise course of action, Tanqueria would be faced with an unpredictable catastrophe.
Meanwhile at the Strategic Conference Hall of Tanqueria’s National Security Bureau …
The Chief of the National Security Bureau, Valdemar, was listening to the briefing from the Chief of the National Security Special Operations Bureau, dim, and the Chief of the Northwest Secret Intelligence Division, Mariovic, about the detailed process of Yakonov’s collusion with the Dark Syndicate and the Panacea Ocean Warriors Alliance.
The Chief of the Northwest Defense Command Center, Yakonov, had conspired with foreign dark forces to further his power ambitions, using the assassination of Divine Drakebane as leverage, and had unauthorizedly used his position tounch a missile attack on Snow Dragon Pool.
Mariovic said in a fit of rage, “Mr. Valdemar, Mr. dim, Yakonovmanded a mighty army and ruled with iron–fisted tyranny.
“As the Chief of the Northwest Secret Intelligence Division, I repeatedly tried to report it to the higher–ups -at–Highmand Headquarters after receiving important intelligence, but I was constantly under close
surveince by Yakonov’s people and couldn’t send it out.
“It wasn’t until the situation escted that I found an opportunity to escape, risking my life while fleeing from the Northwest Defense Command Center under their constant pursuit.
“I realized that if I didn’t inform Tanqueria Highmand Headquarters soon, Divine Drakebane would wreak havoc beyond control.

Valdemar frowned deeply. “The Highmand Headquarters has carefully reviewed this matter. We cannot resort to unconventional weapons.

“It has significant advantages overrge–scale missile or artillery strikes, whiche with their own risks.

The report confirmed that Yakanov had been killed by Divine Drakebane, and Drakebane himself was heading toward the northwest border between Draconia and Tanqueria, preparing to cross into Draconian territory.
dim steadied his racing heart and handed the intelligence file to Valdemar, Chief of Northwest Defense Command Headquarters.
“General Yakanov was killed by Divine Drakebane half an hour ago.”
Valdemar mmed his palm on the table. “Unbelievable!
“Tanqueria’s honor will not be trampled by a mere savage!
“Mr. Maximus, I want the National Armament Bureau to supply the long–range armor–piercing rounds immediately. I will deploy Tanqueria’s most elite sniper unit to take down Drakebane!
“I will personally submit an emergency request for approval from Tanqueria’s High–Command Headquarters. Drakebane must be eliminated within Tanquerian borders!
“At the same time, the National Security Bureau will send our elite special operations unit to join the mission!”
Within moments, the top–secret assassination order against Drakebane was activated by Tanqueria’s National Security Bureau.
The Chief of Northwest Defense Secret Intelligence Division, Mariovic, frowned deeply and stood up. “Mr. Valdemar, I urge you to think carefully before issuing this order.
“From what I’ve gathered, Draconia may be keeping silent for now, but the situation is far more dangerous than it seems.
“If this incident involving Divine Drakebane isn’t handled properly, it could lead to grave consequences.
