Chapter 440: Chapter 438: On Children’s Day, the Screen Came to Life.

My influence wasn’t quite at this level six months ago, was it?
The thought hit Bi Fang first, but ncing at Lin Chang and Yao Jun, he had a sudden realization. He might not have been sufficient back then, but who else was involved in submitting the application!
Yao Jun was somewhat capable, but it was his dad who was really influential. Lin Chang was also formidable. With theirbined efforts and a seemingly good idea, that was enough.
Besides the oceanarium, there was also a hotel nearby, both built after meticulous nning, essentially acting as freeplementary facilities—it all came together perfectly.
“Let’s go, let’s check out the Rainforest Museum first.”
Bi Fang called over étienne, who was having a st at the archery range, and the group headed towards the Rainforest Museum. Upon entering, they were immediately enveloped by a thick, moist air.
Bi Fang eximed, “How many humidifiers did you guys install?”
étienne’s eyes widened in amazement—it was just so vast, the whole venue was enormous!<div>
Stepping further inside, it didn’t feel like being indoors at all. It was as if they were truly walking through a rainforest, and if it weren’t for the asional exposed support pir reminding them they were still in the city, it would feel entirely dreamlike.
“I feel like just this Rainforest Museum could keep me upied for a whole day,” Bi Fang marveled. Design ns were one thing, but the actual sensory experience waspletely different.
After all, it’s all about the scale for such venues; grand in every sense. Anything smaller wouldck any sense of immersion or experience.
It’s like if an aquarium could disy a living adult Blue Whale— even if it had nothing else, it would still be packed!
Naturally, that’s not really realistic or ethical.
But with such a grand Rainforest Museum, it’s no wonder it cost so much. Worth it!
Unable to help himself, étienne slowed his pace. Just as he looked up briefly, he felt something hard bump into him. Looking down, he found himself staring at a brown-spotted snake.
“Snake! Snake! Snake!”
étienne screamed, recoiling in fright and nearly falling over.
Bi Fang quickly steadied him, forting, “OK, OK, don’t be afraid!”
Lin Changughed, “Take a closer look, it’s inside a ss enclosure, no danger at all.”
étienne, heart still racing, took several deep breaths and looked again, realizing it was indeed just an ecological disy!
Due to the foliage, the ss didn’t reflect, and the edges had been treated to appear nearly invisible. Coupled with an environment that matched the exterior, it was hard to tell that the snake was inside an enclosure, instead of out in the open!
Yao Jun couldn’t hide his glee. Crafting the edge of the ss enclosure had been his idea, aiming for this exact effect.
When visitors were exploring the rainforest, suddenly finding a venomous snake opening its jaws right in front of them…
Still shaken, étienne asked, “What kind of snake is this?”
“A Tricolornce-headed viper, a deadly snake. It’s considered the primary culprit in local snakebite incidents due to its proximity to human dwellings, earning it the reputation as one of the most dangerous snakes in the area—the ultimate viper,” Bi Fang said, his eyebrows rising as he looked towards Yao Jun and Lin Chang, “How did you get it? It’s quite dangerous.”
“It’s taken care of,” Yao Jun pped Bi Fang’s shoulder reassuringly. “I know how you are, the Rainforest Museum and Desert Pavilion predominantly featuremon snakes, not any rare animals, and there are no animal performances. This wasn’t our doing. Huaxia doesn’t have these anyway; they were provided by the animal protection association after negotiations…”
Lin Chang added, “There’s a dedicated caretaker, the fangs have been removed, and to prevent regrowth, there are regr checks. We’ve also prepared all the necessary antivenom—triple insurance—to ensure, even if it escapes, there’s no danger. Plus, we have chosen single-sex poptions, so even in the event of an earthquake, preventing any chance of an invasive species problem.”
Bi Fang nodded, reassured that both men had thought of everything. Even if something went wrong, professional teams were there to assist.
Upon a cursory nce, Bi Fang also discovered that Yao Jun and Lin Chang had managed to acquire a Golden Python…
Through a massive ss window nested in a corner of the rainforest, camouged by foliage matching the environment, plete with a small pool.
The more Bi Fang looked at it, the more familiar it seemed. Pointing to therge snake within the ss, he questioned, “Have I seen this Golden Python somewhere before?”
“Hahaha!” Yao Jun burst intoughter, pping Bi Fang on the shoulder and giving a thumbs up, “Correct, it’s the same one you caught a long time ago. We contacted the zoo to bring it here. How about that, happy to see an old acquaintance?”
Bi Fang: “…”
Beyond the rainforest, there was also a three-meter-wide stream in the middle, at the end of which was a waterfall, nked by rock walls fitted with climbing stones—truly impressive.
After a quick tour of the Rainforest Museum, the group moved on to the Desert Pavilion, which focused more on animals since itcked the all-epassing canopy of the rainforest and endless sands didn’t hold much intrigue.

But as soon as they entered, unlike the stuffy rainforest, everyone could feel an obvious burning sensation.
Looking around, there were a dozen camels and the same number of ecological cylinders.
It wasn’t as breathtaking as the rainforest, but it was still a nice scene.
Interestingly, Yao Jun mysteriously pulled Bi Fang aside to a small sand dune, rubbed it several times, and finally swept away the surface sand to reveal a small wooden nk door.
“What’s this?” Bi Fang was startled, and a guess formed in his mind, “An underground cave?”
“That’s right, a simple underground maze with an underground river flowing inside, stocked with some small fish. The water flow is recycled from the fountain outside,” Yao Jun said proudly. “But of course, it won’t be asplicated as the original. We have to consider safety as well. So, it’s just a simple maze. Generally, it takes two or three tries to get out.”
Bi Fang nodded, having to admit that he was very satisfied with all the arrangements, especially after taking étienne’s advice into ount.
“This is so cool! Really, this is an entire ecological museum! It has everything! I think it could totally work in Ugly Country or Europe, just like Disnend!”
Bi Fang scratched étienne’s head; although the guy was a fan of his, and quite an enthusiastic one, his opinions might not be very influential, but they still held some value.
As for opening two more, well, maybe not.
Just this one almost emptied him out. Opening two more might as well put him in a blender and juice him.
Speaking of Disney, he wondered if the project they had agreed upon had started and what the progress was like since there had been no news.
He’d have to ask about itter.@@novelbin@@
Bi Fang, who had sold the rights, was quite concerned about it.
The Ocean Pavilion that came next was also a nice surprise. Being newly constructed, many parts of it were spectacr, and it already ranked among the top on a national level.
Following that was the hunting ground.
With the cooperation of the staff, étienne learned how to ride a horse, while Bi Fang looked at the rabbits scattered over the hills and felt eager to try his hand at hunting.
Everything was ready. Each prey was fitted with an electronic tag. When non-lethal arrows hit within a certain range, the electronic tag would sense it, activate a current, and stun the prey.
This effectively lowered the difficulty of hunting.
And in case anyone would use them of animal cruelty…
Even in Europe, don’t pigs still get a jolt before they’re killed?
The hunted prey would then be sent to the restaurant to be turned into spicy rabbit head, dry pot rabbit meat, braised rabbit meat, rabbit and radish stew, ginger-scallion spicy rabbit meat, roasted whole rabbit…
“Slurp, slurp.” étienne chewed on the rabbit meat, his mouth dripping with grease.
“Eat slower, no one’speting with you.” Bi Fang ordered two more different dishes to let étienne enjoy himself. It was a rare visit, and he couldn’t be neglected.
Yao Jun, nibbling on a rabbit head, said, “Everything is ready for the preparation. We’re just waiting to open in half a month. By the way, have you hired your instructors yet?”
“No need to worry about the instructors, I’ve got it all prepared. They are all elite ex-soldiers with special skills. There are no issues whatsoever.”
Bi Fang exined that this detail was not a problem. Not all special forces were experts at wilderness survival, but some units, like the Northeast Tiger, were definitely up to the task.
With so many soldiers retiring each year, resettlement is actually a problem, and Bi Fang provided an excellent outlet, which they were more than eager for.
Naturally, thepensation wouldn’t be bad, either.
“Then let’s open in half a month!”
In Bi Fang’s view, the club was already perfect, almost wless.
Just as he was about to add another bowl of rice, the long-missed electronic sound rang out once again.
Bi Fang nonchntly nced over twice and couldn’t help but smile after seeing the familiar content.
He picked up a wet wipe to clean his hands and said with a smile, “Good timing, I also have a new n recently. On Children’s Day, the big screen will light up.”
