    Michael smiled, and suddenly turned the topic, "You just said I am your husband. I am so d to hear


    that."


    Catherine gave him a supercilious look.


    She did know Michael ''s characters and tempers. He was just joking. So she just said, "I am just taking


    you as a shield."


    "Well, you are so straightforward."


    Michael got wordless.


    "But Michael, you beat Alfred today. He will definitely do something to you. I got you into trouble again."


    Catherine turned into a somber look.


    Alfred Jones was the son of the boss of Jones Construction Company, Wance Jones, who was also


    a big client of their firm. This man was even more narrow-minded than his son.


    Now that Michael had beaten his son, Wance would definitely go after him.


    Hearing Catherine exining all these to him, Michael replied unhappily, “Now I’ve to deal with his

    The man was into a mood but soon asked, "Just tell me what happened."

    Michael forgot the name. He turned to Catherine. She replied in a low voice, “Jones Construction


    Company."


    "Oh yes, Jones Construction Company. Do something. This damn boss''s son is hooking my children’s


    mother."


    Michael was shouting.

    you have children? I told you not to be a yboy. Now you''re in trouble."
