The girl said, "I am the intern saleswoman working for Redcliff Real Estate Agency. And my name is
Amara Morris. I noticed that you bought the Residence building No.5 this morning but you haven''t
signed on the contract and you haven''t got the keys either. So may I have your arrival today to go
through all these files?"
Conrad looked at his watch and noticed it was only 7:00 AM. Then he asked, "Do you guys need to go
to work that early?"
The saleswoman named Amara said awkwardly, "Sorry, I am just an intern going to work for my first
day. I am not that familiar with the procedure so Ie to the workce earlier."
"Okay! You are really dedicated to work. I will be there after breakfast." Conrad then hung up the
phone.
Just as he took a few bites, his phone rang again. And it was the same number.
"Excuse me, Mr. Porter, are you the owner of the Apartment No.102 Located at the Residence
Buildings No.5 in Jadeite Garden Community? Hold on, the same name as thest one?" Amara was
quite confused.
Conrad was rendered speechless and then he replied, "Didn''t you notice that you just dialed the same
number? Of course it''s me!"
"Sorry, I didn''t notice that." Amara immediately apologized in an innocent voice.
"It''s okay." Conrad didn''t want to me her as she was just an intern. If it weren''t because of the app,
perhaps Conrad would also apply for a job and serve as an intern and do the same stupid mistake like
her.
When Conrad was taking another bite after hanging up the phone, he got a call from Amara again.
"Is she going to ask if I am the owner of Apartment No. 103?"
Conrad picked up the phone and heard Amara stammer, "Mr…Mr. Porter, are you the owner…"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, I am not only the owner of Apartment No. 103, but also the owner of the whole
building!"
"What? You really own the whole building?"
