Chapter 248 The Blind Date
“What do you mean by your savings of 100,000?”
Chen Hao was stunned.
Just as he walked through the door, he saw an agitated Su Ting.
“Don’t ask about it. I need the money!” Li Xiao said awkwardly.
“Why do you need the money? What is that in your hand? My god! What are you going to do with that
big amount of paycheck?” Su Ting felt on edge as she saw the paycheck in his hand.
“This is for Chen Hao. How is it possible for me to pay him only 700,000 to buy his new car which is
worth 2 million?” Li Xiao said.
“Why isn’t it possible? It''s not wrong of you to take advantage of him! He is the only person that you
have the right to take advantage of! Give me the paycheck!” Su Ting snatched away the paycheck.
“Hmph! The car was sold for 1.8 million and you gave him the 700,000. Don’t forget that we still need to
pay 100,000 for themission!” Su Ting flipped the paycheck and looked at the amount clearly.
“1.1 million? What does this mean, Li Xiao? I get it now. The 100,000 you took from me is for Chen
Hao. This means that we’ve lost 100,000 for this deal! Are you crazy?”
As she finished her words, she grasped a beer bottle in a fury and flung it toward Li Xiao. However, the
bottle didn’t hit him but the ground in front of Chen Hao instead.
Li Xiao was furious at her and both of them were about to fight.
Indeed, the car wasn’t sold for 1.8 million as Li Xiao said. Li Xiao paid for themission in order to
find a buyer and sold the car with zero profit. He noticed that Chen Hao was unhappy yesterday,
probably because he was short of money. And so, he did that to get the money for Chen Hao as soon
as possible.

Obviously, Su Ting smashed the beer bottle deliberately to show Chen Hao her anger.
“Give me the paycheck! I’ve promised to pay Chen Hao 1.8 million! Give it to me!”

best friends as they understood each other’s situation better than anyone else.
The two good buddies had always studied together.
Li Xiao was the kind of student who was naughty but did well academically.

moment in his life was during his senior years but not junior years in secondary school, was that he

They were not a couple but had always exchanged letters with each other.

Li Xiao was with Chen Hao at that time. Seeing Chen Hao beaten up by the gang, he got into the fight
as well to help Chen Hao.
