Chapter 1034 The Final Inheritor
As Old Mr. Sharp just turned around, he happened to see Maximilian. He didn’t expect him toe
back again. So his cold-looking face was suddenly covered with a ttering smile, “Wow, Mr. Lee, what
else do you need?”
Seeing their grandpa’s sudden change, both Second Mr. Sharp and the third were rendered
speechless. It seemed that it went beyond their expectation.
If they hadn’t seen it with their own eyes, they would not have believed what they just saw. They were
both stunned, not knowing what was going on.
Maximilian just came straight to the point as he had promised to first Mr. Sharp. So he said simply,
“Well, I am here to offer you a suggestion only. If you want to retire recently, I believe that he would be
the best one to fit your position.”
Hearing that, Old Mr. Sharp was stunned. He was still wondering if he should make his eldest grandson
the inheritor. But now since Maximilian suggested so, he seemed to change his mind again.
“Mr. Lee, you are right. And that’s what I have been thinking about.” Old Mr. Sharp kept nodding.
Both second Mr. Sharp and the third were rendered anxious as the situation went beyond their
expectation again. They were so confused, not knowing what just happened.
But they were sure that it would bring them a great trouble if their eldest brother took the position.
Then first Mr. Sharp came to the front to say, “Well, my dear brothers, actually, I have heard what you
were talking about with grandpa a moment ago.”
Hearing that, both of them were shocked. They were sure that the worst consequence was now
expecting them if their eldest brother decided to settle a score with them.
They couldn’t help being scared, wondering what if their eldest brother would retaliate against them
when he came into power.

Of course, first Mr. Sharp could tell what they were afraid of. So he added, “Don’t worry. I won’t be mad
at you though I know that both of you are hostile against me. But I can promise that I won’t do harm to
you.”
Hearing that, both second Mr. Sharp and the third believed in his promise within a second. However,
they still hesitated and wondered if he would abuse his power to wrong them.
Old Mr. Sharp looked at his two grandsons and said, “Come on, this matter is now settled. We are still
family, aren’t we? There is nothing to be afraid of.”
Both second Mr. Sharp and the third looked at each other, not knowing what to do but topromise.
After all, they were left no choice now.
Seeing that they seemed to ept it, Old Mr. Sharp stopped nagging. The he handed over his eldest
grandson the token of inheritance.
First Mr. Sharp was so moved that he took it with eyes filled with tears. He was so excited as he had
been waiting for it for so long. Even he himself didn’t expect that his moment finally came.
Looking at his delighted smile, Maximilian could tell that he must have been waiting for this day for
long.
Though both second Mr. Sharp and the third looked frustrated, now they had no choice but to ept
the fact. In order to ingratiate themselves with their eldest brother, a smile appeared on both of their
faces.
Maximilian smiled, “Okay, I will tell Connor about it.”
Hearing that, Old Mr. Sharp was rendered thrilled again. Luckily, he made the best choice.
So Maximilian didn’t talk much about it. He also understood why Old Mr. Sharp looked so thrilled
because of this sudden surprise.
Now Maximilian had an idea about what to do next.
After leaving the Sharp’s vi, Maximilian sighed as he failed to get the Secret Key he had been
expecting. Honestly speaking, he was a bit frustrated.

on even without the real Secret Key.

Harley also noticed his frustration. So heforted, “Mr. Lee, don’t worry. I will be always on your side

Maximilian only replied with a smile.
Of course, he also told Connor about it so as to suggest that he should try to form a nice cooperation
with Old Mr. Sharp. But as for Connor’s choice, Maximilian didn’t intend to intervene.
When Maximilian returned to his own vi, he saw Rowen, who was badly injured. Seeing that, he was

guilty.

with you. So they retaliate against me.”
Hearing that, Maximilian seemed to be sullen for the retaliation of the Emperor Family. Actually, he
once deemed the Emperor Family a reasonable one. However, they actually yed dirty as well.
As Maximilian was irritated, he decided to revenge Rowen for his injury. Actually, he also did it out of
guilty. After all, it was because of him that Rowen got seriously hurt.
“Don’t worry. I will settle it down for you.” Maximilian said.

a good choice. I know that you want to do me a favor but the Emperor Family is too power. They almost
took over W City.”
“So you won’t be able to return to W City forever?”
“I have no choice. And saving my own life could be my greatest fortune this time. I heard that the
Emperor Family sent some hitmen to H City. Mr. Lee, you have to be careful.” Rowen added.
Hearing that, Maximilian was also aware that the Emperor Family still held ambition for it. Of course he
couldn’t just stand by.
Suddenly, a gun shot sounded. Even Maximilian himself failed to notice what was happening. He was
totally stunned as the sudden attack went far beyond his expectation.
Since then, he had to fight hard.
