Chapter 956 Like Father, Like Son

Chapter 956 Like Father, Like Son

Chief Carr hung up the phone. He asked his secretary to find out the phone number of the airport

    manager, Timothy.

Timothy heard that his son had an ident. When he saw Chief Carr waiting for him, he felt ttered,

partly because he worked in this ce.

"Nice to see you, Chief Carr. Thank you for calling me. To what do I owe this pleasure? Should we go

    and find something to eat?"

"Save it. I''m not in the mood to eat anything, and even if I am, I wouldn''t eat anything with you. Let me

    Property ? of N?velDrama.Org.

be straight. Your son pissed off one of my best friends, and you shall handle it for me right now. If my

friendins to me once more, I''ll let you suffer. I''ll call your supervisorter, by the way."

Timothy was trying to tter Chief Carr, but he was in shock right now. He could tell how angry the man

    was from his tone.

    "Hello? Damn!"

Before Timothy could say anything, the guy hung up the phone. He was stunned for a while and then

he swore. He wasn''t swearing Chief Carr; he was swearing his stupid son for having pissed off the

    wrong guy.

He knew how bad it must be because even the famous Chief Carr had been informed. Now his back

    was leaking sweats.

Soon he got a call from his boss. He was fired for power abuse.

Timothy was getting angrier and angrier at his son. He wanted to p his face the moment when they

    met.

Timothy rushed to the ne in a hurry. Quinn hadn''t realized how serious the problem was. He raised

his head proudly and threatened, "You''re so screwed! I''ll put you on the ck list. You''ll never be able

to take trains or nes to anywhere! You''ll never be able to get abroad!"

Maximilianughed out when he heard the threats. He looked at this guy as if he was looking at a fool.

Quinn was so cheerful when he saw his fathering. He had seen the silver lining. He hurriedly

yelled, "Dad! You''re here just at the right time! Please handle this guy for me! He just hit me!"

Timothy was so mad when his stupid son was still making this a lot more worse. He rushed forward

and pped Quinn''s face. "You fool! Why are you so stupid?"

Quinn didn''t know what had happened. He was surprised that his father was acting like a total different

person now. He wondered why his father pped his face.

"Dad? What''s wrong with you?" Quinn was so confused. The p was so hard that his ears were

    buzzing.

All the onlookers were shocked. They were even more shocked when they knew they were father and

son. Never had they saw a father who seemed to hate his son that much.

They were so curious about what on earth had happened here. They knew something must be wrong,

and they were dying to know what it was.

They looked at Quinn and Timothy, wondering what was going to happen next.

Maximilian wasn''t surprised to see this at all. He knew Chief Carr must have handled this for him.

This was exactly what Maximilian wanted, therefore it was no surprise.

He yawned and looked at the opponent with the same expression that Quinn just had.

Quinn''s face changed when he saw Maximilian''s expression. He had a hunch that his father''s change

had a lot to do with this young man.

"What did you do to him?" Quinn''s face freeze and questioned Maximilian.

Maximilian shrugged and said helplessly, "It''s a misunderstanding. I''m a good guy. Don''t you dare

    nder me."

Quinn paused for a second when he heard it. Maximilian''s answer was very cunning.

Timothy grabbed his son by the ear, and then he dragged him over to Maximilian.

"You''re pulling too hard, Dad!" Quinn yelled. He almost had tears rolling down because of that pain.

Timothy was still pulling as if he hadn''t heard his son. He sincerely apologized to Maximilian, "I''m sorry,

Mr. Lee. This is my stupid son. Please forgive him for having offended you."

He knew he wouldn''t be able to keep his job anymore. He just wished that Chief Carr could spare him

and let him find another job. He might not be able to be the manager anymore, but he could at least

    earn a living.

He had to apologize to Maximilian, for the sake of his and his son''s future.

Maximilian said coldly, "Save it. You don''t need to apologize to me. That wouldn''t help."

Timothy looked very embarrassed. He knew Maximilian was still mad at him. He looked at his son. All

    this was his son''s fault.

Maximilian would be so mad weren''t it for his stupid son.

Although Quinn was in pain, he still refused to give in. He said, "Why do we have to apologize to him?

    He''s just a nobody!"

He still didn''t know what a huge mistake he had made. He couldn''t stop keeping ndering and

    provoking Maximilian.

Timothy almost passed out because of the answer upon hearing what his son said. He was at the risk

of losing his whole career, but his son was still talking nonsense.

"You shut up." Timothy pped his son again and said angrily, "Apologies to Mr. Lee right now! If you

keeping doing this, I wouldn''t want anything to do with you anymore!"

Quinn''s face changed drastically. He looked at his father, whose face was gloomier than ever. Then he

knew that his father wasn''t joking. He felt totally lost.

What just happened was so weird. It had gone beyond his imagination. He never thought his father

would say that to him and treat him like this.

"Dad? Is this some kind of joke?" Quinn thought his father was joking with him. He had to confirm it

    twice.

Timothy answered coldly, "Do I look like I''m joking with you?"

Quinn shivered and finally realized his father was serious. He looked at Maximilian and panicked. He

wiped off the cold sweats on his face and apologized, "I''m sorry, Mr. Lee. It was my fault."

Maximilian was speechless when he saw the young man changed his attitude and apologized so

expertly. He must have offended quite a lot of people.

Seeing Maximilian wouldn''t say anything. Timothy tried to change the subject and said, "Mr. Lee, I''ll

bring him back and teach him basic manners."

"You''d better do. He would''ve been dead if I were someone else." Maximilian said calmly.

Quinn still refused to give in. His father''s back was soaked in sweats. The middle-aged man bowed

humbly and replied, "OK, I will, thank you for your suggestion."
