The delivery personnel received his order and instantly agreed.

    The delivery personnel quickly agreed to that too, so Wilbur waved to let him go.


    They went back to the vi, and Wilbur said he was going to leave. Chad and Wace were reluctant to let him go. They had to make Wilbur stay.


    Wilbur could not help it, so he decided to stay the night. The next morning, he saw Wace kneeling in front of his door when he woke up and tried to get through the door.


    "What are you doing?" Wilbur hurriedly helped him up.


    Chad stepped forward and said, "Sir, please ept Wace as your godson. He''s mischievous, but he has a kind heart. Please allow him to serve you and repay you for saving our lives."  Wilbur knew what he meant. The Lesters would have someone to rely on if he epted Wace. They would not need to fear anyone anymore.

    He promised to givethe ore and I''ll be like his big brother. | think we should fulfill that engagement instead."  "Really?" Chad was instantly overjoyed. It was much better than Wilbur being Wace''s godfather. It would bring them even greater glory.


    "Pay your respects for your sworn brother," Chad barked at Wace.


    Wace instantly knelt respectfully. Wilbur hurriedly stopped him and said, "That''s not necessary. Please get up."  Wilbur helped Wace up and then expressed his wish to leave. Chad and Wace did not want him to leave, but they did not dare to stop him again.


    Chad instructed Wace to drive Wilbur back to Seechertown, but Wilbur refused.


    It would take more than ten hours to drive, and only several hours if he took the train. He had no tto waste.


    Chad and his family saw him off at the train station, then they reluctantly bid their farewells.


    Chad talked to his son after the train departed, "Our family gained a blessing from a crisis. Wace, you did great this time."  "I think so too, Dad. My brother is awesome. | would love to learn from him," said Wace in an admiring tone.


    Chad sighed and said, "It''s not that easy. Having him take you in as his subordinate is already a great honor for us. Just forget about it."  "I know it''s not possible. | was just hoping," Wace said with a sigh.


    Wendy said, "Wace, you have to be genuinely good to him. Perhaps you''ll find a chance in the future. Being genuine is always favorable, and it''s the best quality someone can possess."  Chad and Wace looked at Wendy at the stime.


    Chad was in the business circles for over a decade, so he had to be cunning. However, he knew what Wendy said made a lot of sense.


    However, being genuine had to be for the right reason, and the best choice for Wace to disy his authenticity was to Wilbur.


    Wace seemed like he barely understood. He looked rather confused.

    Wilbur found his seat on the train, but he realized a young man with blond hair was upying his seat.
