    At the thought, Elsa said at once, “Where are you? You should make a trip to the station, and I’ll put a


    wire on you. That’ll guarantee your safety, and we’ll get the proof too.”


    “Kenji Lilith’s not an idiot, Chief Janar. There’s no way a wire will work. If he finds it, I’ll lose my


    chance,” Wilbur said.


    Elsa fell silent, before asking, “What are you nning to do, then?

    Elsa asked, “Aren’t you worried you might get into trouble? The proof might all be gone by the time we

    He did not know that Elsa had been facing some trouble in the investigation


    He did, however, know that there was no way Kenji could get away from something like that scot–free.


    That meant the investigation was definitely affected


    He had, after all, promised Benny. He had to at least hold up his end of the deal.


    Besides, someone like Kenji was a huge threat to society and should definitely be taken down.

    Everyoneughed and entered the basement.


    The basement was quite a vast space and was luxuriously decorated.
