Aisha, filled with rage, raised her staff high, and a massive beam of light shot out. Wilbur extended his hands to block the impact, and his Light Gloves absorbed the energy, creating a defensive wall to fend off the beam.
"It''s useless, Aisha. You can''t defeat me!" Wilbur dered.
Aisha''s eyes turned pitch ck, and a dark aura enveloped her. She then replied coldly, "I told you, everyone must die!"
With that, she swung her staff again, amplifying the beam''s power several times over. The intensified energy st sent Wilbur flying several meters backward. Hended hard but managed to stay on his feet, gritting his teeth with determination. Suddenly, from within the beam, several ck faces emerged, their mouths biting into Wilbur''s wall of light, voraciously consuming its energy.
"What is this?" Wilbur was stunned. Aisha had harnessed the dark energy to counteract and devour his light power. Her strength had grown to a terrifying level and was nowparable to that of the Dark Messenger.
As the faces continued to gnaw at the light wall, cracks appeared rapidly. In seconds, the weakened barrier shattered with a loud bang, and the beam struck Wilbur, sending him crashing backward again.
The light beam hit his chest but was absorbed by Wilbur''s protective shield. Aisha, with blood-red eyes, lowered her staff and red at Wilbur, seething with anger, "The Light Armor! Damn that Child of Light. If not for that set of armor, I wouldn''t have died. Wilbur, I will keep you here forever as mypanion in death!"
As she spoke, a whirlwind of dark energy lifted Aisha off the ground. Chanting an incantation, a vortex formed in the sky, and a beam of white light descended, enveloping Wilbur.
"Light Confinement, kill!"
With a swift, forceful grip, Aisha closed her fingers, and the white beam began to contract. Trapped within, Wilbur felt an immense, invisible pressure, as if it would crush him.
At that moment, Wilbur understood that if he could not resist this pressure, he would surely die here. Aisha, formerly a high-ranking bishop of the church, now enhanced by dark energy, had be exponentially more powerful.
Gritting his teeth, Wilbur pushed against the pressure with all his might, his face contorting. Seeing this, Aisha sneered, "Hmph! There''s no use struggling. Everyone who enters Light Confinement''s space eventually vanishes from this world. Like them, you, too, will be nothing but dust, fading away with the white light. This is your fate."
"No, this is not my fate!" Wilbur roared in defiance. Aisha''s words triggered a realization in him. If the Light Confinement was a space, then its pressure, no matter how strong, could not surpass the power of higher dimensionalws, as thesews were the foundation of space itself.
Thews of a higher dimension could suppress all special powers within any space, and the dragon aura was one such higher dimensional power. If that was the case, why not try to use dragon aura to break the Light Confinement?
With this thought, Wilbur muttered an incantation and a golden dragon appeared above his head. The dragon descended and coiled around his right arm. In the next moment, Wilbur unleashed a powerful punch forward.
"You damned fool, what are you trying to do?" Aisha shouted.
