Chapter 2454

After all, those two were terrifyingly powerful. The members of the Church of Holy Illuminati were spread across the world, and Wilbur was at risk of being spotted wherever he went. Alik might not be a part of Burd Bay, but Holt and the Dark Messenger were sure to be hot on Wilbur''s heels the moment they heard anything.

Thus, the best n of action was to be as careful as possible. Wilbur was focused on finding the remaining four fragments to assemble the ninth dragon cauldron, and then meeting Senior Fremont to find out the secret of the dragon n.

Wilbur''s powers would surely improve significantly then, and he would not have to fear Holt or the Dark Messenger anymore.

Of course, Wilbur had also prepared in case any incidents popped up in the process.

Three hourster, the nended in Fte, the capital of Alik. Alik, like Skermann, was a coastal state and its capital Fte was also near the sea.

It was one o''clock in the afternoon when Wilburnded. He felt like it was still rather early, so he went to the beach at once where he rented a small ship to sail out to the seas.

The ship sailed along the waters for two whole hours, and Wilbur finally found the ind he had seen in the image from the fifth fragment. He steered the ship over and got on the ind.

The entire ind was only around twenty thousand square kilometers. It was a medium-sized ind, and Wilbur realized that it was thick with lush greenery after walking around. However, he did not detect the aura of any formation.

Wilbur found this rather strange. ording to the image in the fifth fragment, the sixth fragment should be on this ind or in the waters around it. If it was not hidden in a formation, Wilbur would be able to sense the fragment''s existence on its own.

Yet there was no formation aura on the ind, nor was there any aura from the fragment itself. Wilbur shifted his gaze to the waters surrounding the ind and guessed that there might be a formation in the sea hiding the cauldron piece.

He muttered a spell and activated the Dragon''s Breath at once. The pale white dragon soared above the waters, before disappearing out of sight. Wilbur scanned his surroundings again, but there was still no sight of any formations on the waters.

"Huh, this is weird. If Senior Fremont had set a formation here, it should have appeared by now... but there''s nothing. Did I mistake the location?"

The image in his mind was clear as day, and Wilbur was pretty sure he got the right ce. This should be where the sixth fragment was, but the formation was nowhere in sight.

Could the formation be at the bottom of the sea?

Wilbur nced at the water instinctively. It seemed to be glowing golden under the rays of the sun. After some thought, Wilbur took off his jacket and dove to the bottom of the sea.

He swam around the ind, but there was still no formation in sight. It was evening by the time he returned to the ind.

Wilbur caught himself two fish before setting up a simple fire to grill them. He seasoned them with condiments he had stored in his demine before digging in.

After eating, Wilbur split open a coconut and gulped down the water to quench his thirst. He sat down on the grass to meditate after that. Since he could not find the formation, resting and channeling his power was the best thing he could do for

    now.

Wilbur was also able to enter a state while meditating that made the outside world go quiet. This would allow him to think much more clearly, and he could definitely use this to figure out where the sixth fragment was.
