"Arghhhhh! Count your days, Wilbur Penn! I''ll kill you eventually, just you see!"
Upon shouting those words, the Dark Messenger''s body exploded into a cloud of ck miasma before fading into thin air.
Wilbur copsed onto the ground, taking deep breaths. He forced himself into a cross-legged position and began to meditate. Half an hourter, his protective formation was activated as his spirit energy began to recover at a faster rate. Wilbur could not stop reying the battle in his mind. He had been so sure that he was doomed.
What Wilbur did not expect was the Light Helmet actually supporting his spirit energy. He had put the helmet on right before activating the sixth level of the Dragon Move, which exhausted arge amount of his spirit energy. However, the Light Helmet was able to prevent his spirit energy from drainingpletely.
That was what gave Wilbur the chance to cast Aura Return, something that he had not even nned on doing.
The Light Armor was definitely impressive. The Light Helmet, aside from protecting his head, could also boost his spirit energy. Judging from that, the Light Breastte, Guards, Pads, and Boots would surely carry other boosts as well.
Wilbur had thought that the rest of the Light Armor, aside from the Light Gloves, could only serve as a form of external protection. That was what made him lose interest in the armor, to begin with.
Now, it seemed like each part of the Light Armor had a unique function. The full set of the Light Armor might even have abined boost, which made Wilbur want it more than ever.
He had actually been able to tell from Symon and Aisha''s words that the Pope of the Church of Holy Illuminati was greatly interested in the Light Armor.
If that was the case, it was highly possible that Tracius'' Light Breastte, the one his brother had lost his life to acquire, had ended up in the hands of the Pope.
The Pope might have ordered Tracius to be killed by now, and the thought made Wilbur rather upset. After all, he had handed the Light Breastte over to Tracius in respect of his brother Tracy''sst wishes, only for that to end up causing Tracius'' demise.
On second thought, the Pope of the Church of Holy Illuminati had been willing to trade the Magic Dragon de, a cultivation method from the middle dimensions, in exchange for the Light Helmet. That must mean that the Light Armor was hiding a secret of sorts.
Although Wilbur managed to kill the Dark Messenger, he was just a clone of the Dark Lord. The Dark Lord could form another clone anytime he wished, and the Dark Messenger could show up again anytime in the future. If this were to happen, Wilbur was not sure if he could defeat him a second time.
Thus, his best n of action was to quickly improve his powers before the Dark Messenger appeared again so he would have nothing to fear.
Wilbur opened his eyes, looking at the bright blue sky. He thought of what Judy''s grandmother had said. There was a secret hidden in the mirage of Wendis that only someone with a simr aura to it could enter.
Wilbur was now all the more certain that the fifth dragon cauldron fragment was hidden in that mirage, and only dragon n cultivators could ess it. It was possible that there were items or cultivation methods to improve one''s dragon n cultivation hidden in there. Either way, the Dark Messenger would not be able to enter the mirage.
Even the Dark Lord would not be able to enter the Wendis mirage if he showed up.
At the thought, Wilbur made his mind up. He was going to restore his spirit energy first, then return to Wendis right after that to wait for the mirage to show up so he could find a way to get in.
