The surrounding giants came sprinting over at the sight. Wilbur recited a spell, and a defensive barrier of light began to spread out around him. It grew in size, and it was not long before the giants were stuck to it.


    The defensive barrier seemed to be holding onto the giants firmly as Wilbur raised his hands, using the Light Gloves to absorb their dark energy and convert them to the power of light to improve the power of his defensive barrier.


    Within just a minute, six of the giants had been absorbedpletely by the defensive barrier. The barrier spread out once more, and it was only then that Wilbur noticed the remaining four giants were holding hands as if they werebining their energy.


    Something unexpected happened then. One of the giants quickly absorbed the dark energies from the other three giants.


    Eventually, the four giants became one that turned and looked toward Wilbur. It began to decrease in size, quickly returning to the form of a regr human being with a rather familiar face.


    Symon!


    Wilbur stared at Symon in shock, unable to believe that he had returned to life through the maniption of dark energy.


    "Aren''t you disappointed, Wilbur? You''re stuck here no matter what happens this time!"


    Just then, Aisha''s voice rang from behind Symon. "Yes, Wilbur! Now that Symon and I are dead, you don''t have the right to keep on living either! It''s time for you to join us."


    Symon turned around as he spoke, and Wilbur was shocked to see Aisha''s face on the back of his head.


    They were sharing one body while bearing two faces on either side of their head.


    Wilbur widened his eyes in disbelief but quickly understood what was going on. Symon and Aisha were already dead, but the evil god''s energy was still hiding in the midst of the dark energy. Wilbur may have cut off Bahamut''s connection to Aisha and another dimension, but the evil god''s energy remained. That was how Bahamut was able to revive Aisha and Symon''s consciousness. However, Wilbur knew that those two were already dead and that what he was seeing was just a puppet of Bahamut.


    It was clear that Bahamut was still deeply resentful over Aisha''s death, but that hardly mattered now. Evil energy would be banished in the face of light, so Wilbur began walking toward Symon as he said coldly, "There''s something I think you two should know about. The two of you are actually dead. You''re just sentient puppets controlled by Bahamut right now."


    "What?"


    Symon frowned at Wilbur. "What are you saying? I''m dead? Who''s Bahamut?" Aisha said, "Symon, you should be honored to be one of Bahamut''s puppets! You sacrificed yourself to gain his approval and live forever, just like me!"


    "What? F*ck whoever Bahamut is! I don''t want to be connected to someone who''s forever stuck in the grotesque darkness."


    "How dare you speak ill of Master Bahamut, Symon!"


    "What the f*ck do you think you doing, you b*tch?"


    Just then, Wilbur sensed a strong surge of energying from Symon. It was as


    if he was trying to break free from the control of the evil god''s energy. Wilbur sneered at the sight and dashed forward with his Light Gloves outstretched, aiming for Symon and Aisha.
