    They ran from the southern end of the ind to the north but failed to find Aisha. Symon wiped the sweat on his forehead and said, "Quick, let''s go back and look again."


    "Alright."


    Wilbur turned to run, but at that moment, he suddenly felt a powerful energy behind him. He abruptly moved, and a white ray of light instantly shot past him. Wilbur asked in absolute surprise, "What are you doing, Symon? We''re allies!"


    "Ha. Allies? Who would I ally myself with pathetic earthlings like you? You shouldn''t be here at all. Now, I want you all dead!"


    Symon''s appearance suddenly transformed into a slim old man with white hair. The old man had a wand, and his body was not affected by gravity. He slowly levitated into the air, then he reached out and a wand appeared in his hand. The wand started to spin quickly as the old man recited a spell.


    Wilbur felt fear as he looked at the levitating old man at that moment. The fear he felt was the innate fear that a lower dimension being feels when looking at a higher dimension being. He felt this kind of fear back when he encountered the Shadow King, and this encounter made him feel the same way.


    There was no doubt that the old man was a higher dimension cultivator. He probably belonged to the lower dimensions, but his dimension was still a higher dimension inparison to Earth.


    Just then, the fast-spinning wand suddenly turned into a white light and soared to the sky. A huge fire dragon instantly came lunging down.


    Wilbur recited a spell and the Azure Dragon Spear appeared in his hand. Then, he raised the Azure Dragon Spear and attacked the iing fire dragon.


    Roar!


    The fire dragon roared angrily. Dragon aura surrounded the Azure Dragon Spear and formed a huge spiraling storm. The fire dragon gradually weakened in the storm. The levitating old man was ring at Wilbur as he said in a shocked voice, "I can''t believe you''re a dragon n cultivator!"


    Soon, the fire dragon scattered into mes. Meanwhile, the wand flew back into the hands of the old man. They stared at each other for several seconds, then the old man turned into a sh of white light and vanished.


    Wilbur wondered to himself, ''Did he escape?''


    He thought about how he threw the Azure Dragon Spear into the sea. The Azure Dragon Spear could absorb the surrounding energy and form a figure of a dragon, which proved they were within the area of the formation.


    However, the old man was not weak. It seemed like there was a portal to the higher dimension in the region. Wilbur then remembered what he encountered at Wearson Valley. The Child of Light''s student, Stefan Shaw, had set up a formation that connected several dimensions in Wearson Valley.


    The formation of the inds was set up by the Child of Light himself, so the dimensions connected must be higher dimensionspared to Earth. However, Wilbur did not know what the goal was. If the Child of Light wanted to protect the world, he would not have done so.


    Luring higher dimensional beings into their world was disastrous, after all. "Symon! Symon!"


    Wilbur followed the trail back, but he did not find Symon. However, the way Symon vanished was quite unique. Wilbur guessed that Symon vanished the same way as Aisha, and they had probably entered an unknown dimension.


    Wilbur did not know why they were dragged into an unknown dimension but left him behind on the ind. He should have been sucked into the same dimension if there was a portal. However, only Symon vanished.


    Wilbur searched around for an hour, going through almost every corner of the ind to find that portal, to no avail.
