Wilbur nced at the bikes. "Are these yours?"


    "Y-Yes."


    Marshall looked up in a panic before saying, "No, wait! We came on five Harleys, but I only see four here. I think someone drove one of them off."


    Wilbur smiled. "I''m guessing there was an internal rift that went down, and one of your fellow Scorpion Killers killed Huck."


    Marshall paused, before saying, "There could only be one guy behind this, then! Johnson, the short one! Oh my god, he pledged his loyalty to Huck before! I can''t believe he shot Huck and kidnapped Maria!"


    "Maria? Who''s that?"


    "Huck''s girl. She''s a real fox. God, I''m going to kill Johnson when I find him."


    Wilbur said, "Surely there isn''t the need for things to get this bad over one woman? Is there something you''re not telling me?"


    Marshall blinked. "N-No, of course not! I''ve told you everything I know, Mister Penn. I can''t believe that pervert Johnson got his hands on Maria. Let''s go, Mister Penn. I''ll take you to Monsato. I''ll bring you to Fawkes'' mansion, but I can''t guarantee your safety after that."


    Marshall hopped onto one of the bikes expertly, starting the engine and driving off with Wilbur in tow.


    At the same time, Maria had just opened the main door to the secret quarters with her fingerprint. Johnson followed her in, his face glinting with glee at the sight of all the machines in the room. "You didn''t disappoint me, Maria."


    Maria said, "There are two more checkpoints here. I''ll take you in and register your fingerprint. That way, you''ll be the new owner of this ce."


    Johnson smirked, and he followed Maria through the two checkpoints before having his fingerprint registered. The pair walked down a long corridor to a huge lounge, where a scientist in ab coat was in the middle of soldering a huge robot.


    "How''s the progress, Professor Dickens?"


    "H-Huh?"


    Professor Dickens spun around to greet Maria. "Oh, I''m almost there." His gaze thennded on Johnson, and he frowned. "Uh..."


    Huck, Maria, and Professor Dickens were supposed to be the only people who knew about these secret quarters. No one else had been here before, yet Maria was now here with Johnson.


    Dickens knew at once that Maria was in trouble, and Maria could tell that he knew as well as he gestured towards Johnson. "This is Johnson. He''s the new owner of the secret quarters starting from now."


    Dickens stared at Johnson, mildly surprised, but snapped out of it quickly enough to smile at him with a bow. "At your service, Mister Johnson."


    "Hm."


    Johnson smiled back. "I''m quite satisfied with your manners, Professor Dickens. Now, tell me how long more is there to go before the Satan Robot isplete?" Dickens turned to nce at the silver-colored Satan Robot. This was a remote- controlled robot that he had invented for Huck to use as a secret weapon. It was clear that Huck had entrusted Johnson with such an important secret.


    Well, Huck deserved his end. All human beings were greedy, and no man could resist showing off his wealth and women.
