Wilbur''s mind raced, and it was not long before he lit up gleefully. "I got it, I finally got it!"


    Arkadi frowned at him. "What did you get, Mister Penn?"


    Wilbur said, "Oh, I just thought of something really meaningful all of a sudden. I think that the Dashan man told your tribe not to change the state of this area because of the underground water. After all, soil in barrennds tends to be loose. Water can still flow through loose soil if it is not too far underground, and building tall buildings might add pressure to the soil and cause the water level to sink further down. If that happens and the water level sinks more than ten meters underground, Diseya would face a drought all over again."


    "Yes," Arkadi nodded. "I guessed as much, but if the water weren''t too deep underground in the soil, tall buildings would not affect it severely enough for it to sink down that much. The only possibility is that there''s a special pressure system in the soil of Bangsai, and those three wells happen to be ced specifically to form that pressure system. Thus, it''s the pressure system that lifts the water over ten meters deep underground up to the higheryers of soil for us to discover."


    Wilbur and Arkadi chatted for a while after that. Wilbur actually knew that there was no pressure system of sorts underneath the ground of Diseya, but a formation that Senior Fremont hadid down to raise the water level.


    Of course, this was rted to cultivation and thus Wilbur could not tell Arkadi that moving things around in Bangsai would destroy the formation.


    However, this also put Wilbur in a tough spot. He was now almost certain that the fourth dragon cauldron fragment was in Bangsai, and that Senior Fremont had probably used a special formation to hide it in a specific ce.


    Knowing what Senior Fremont was like, Wilbur was able to deduce that Senior Fremont would not use the dragon aura from the cauldron piece to raise the water level underground. Thus, there were at least tworge-scale formations in Bangsai.


    What Wilbur had to do now was to find the two formations and separate them. This would make sure that Bangsai would not be affected after he takes away the cauldron piece, which was probably also a test that Senior Fremont had set for him.


    Wilbur stood under the sun, watching people walk around Diseya. He thought about the desert town Wrecknam for a few seconds. Despite Wrecknam and Diseya having formations set up to draw in water underground, the two ces somehow felt different.


    Wilbur had looked up dragon traits online before and knew that they were ever- changing. Dragons were always close to water and could not survive without it. This made Wilbur think back to thest three cauldron fragments he had found.


    Aside from the first fragment being found in Tuttle Cave, the other two fragments had been found in ces with water. This fourth fragment should be no different, then.


    Wilbur was even willing to bet that the remaining cauldron fragments were near bodies of water. He did not know why Senior Fremont had chosen to do so but had a feeling that he was not just searching for the cauldron fragments now. There seemed to be a lesson that Senior Fremont was trying to teach Wilbur.


    Wilbur observed the entire Bangsai vige before heading to a quiet corner and sitting down cross-legged. The first dragon cauldron floated into the air, and Wilbur tried to use his dragon aura to sense where the formation was.


    To his surprise, Wilbur was unable to sense even a hint of formation aura. This ce seemed no different from the other ces he had been.


    Orkot had said before that dragon aura was a special power from the upper dimensions and could even be understood as a special upper dimensionalw. Considering what Wilbur knew about thews of dimension, the upper dimensionalws overrode the entire dimension and there was nothing that could be hidden within it.
