    He sat there and thought about it for the entire night. Finally, he came to a conclusion when he opened his eyes the next morning.


    He was going to absorb a hundred years of cultivation!


    The consciousness and spirit energy in the Dragon Essence Soul might be powerful, but it would not be able to take over Wilbur''s body for at least two minutes. Those two minutes were crucial.


    Within those two minutes, Wilbur would use the Dragon Move to channel his spirit energy to rest. If he managed to drain all the spirit energy out, absorbing the hundred years of cultivation would be much easier.


    However, if casting the Dragon Move ended up draining Wilbur''s own spirit energy, he would just tough it out and cast it again.


    Either way, Wilbur was willing to sacrifice himself rather than have someone else take control of his body.


    Regardless of this other consciousness being a cultivator from the dragon n or how powerful they were, Wilbur was hellbent on not letting them possess his body.


    A cultivator should be inplete control of their body. That was their most basic right!


    Wilbur put his palms together and chanted a spell. A golden scarecrow appeared within Wilbur''s body, turning into countless wisps of dragon aura that spread out around him immediately.


    Wilbur began to absorb the dragon aura, all while forcing the dragon aura that had made it outside back into his body. In the end, Wilbur managed to absorb everything back into his body.


    A voice rang in Wilbur''s head as he absorbed thest wisp of the golden dragon aura, "Hohoho, you must be rather confident to think you can take my cultivation away from me! You''re going to have to pay for that, with your life!"


    Just as those words echoed in his mind, Wilbur felt a sudden stiffness throughout his body. A heavy pressure weighed down on his mind, and Wilbur wasted no time to activate the Dragon Move.


    In the next instant, Wilbur''s consciousness and spirit energy were turned into a golden pearl that melded into the dragon, turning it a golden color that swam about.


    The golden dragon flicked its tail, and all the trees within a hundred-meter radius around were chopped off. The heavens lit up at once, and a golden ray of sunlight beamed down from the heavens onto Wilbur''s body.


    The golden dragon disappeared, and Wilbur began to sway as if he were drunk, hardly able to hold himself upright. That mysterious voice rang in his head once more: "Ha, it looks like you''ve used up all your spirit energy. Your body''s mine now!"


    "In your dreams!"


    Wilbur wanted to shout, but he found that he could not even control his mouth or hands to cast a spell anymore.


    Hopelessness washed over him all at once. Barely half a minute had passed, and Wilbur had lost all control over his body. This whole ordeal had taken far less than the two minutes he had previously anticipated.
