"What a powerful domain! Surely Senior Fremont gave that to you?"
Kearson threw his head back andughed. "Since you''ve figured it out, I won''t hide it either. That''s right, Fremont is my master. I would have been long dead if it hadn''t been for him, and the power in my body to cast the Domain of the Holy Sword is all thanks to him as well. You''re dead, Wilbur Penn."
Wilbur gritted his teeth. He had only met Senior Fremont once, but that was more than enough. "Is that how Senior Fremont taught you to behave?"
The ground cracked beneath his feet as Wilbur leaped into the air. Just as he was about to get close to Kearson, Wilbur swung the thunder cleaver in his grasp. Yet at the same time, Kearson muttered a string of chants, causing a ray of white sword aura to form in mid-air, hurtling toward Wilbur.
With no other choice, Wilbur had to use the thunder cleaver to defend himself. However, the sword aura overpowered him at once, pushing down on him rapidly. Wilbur leaped into the air the second he reached the ground, where a deep crack appeared in it the next second.
Had Wilbur jumped even a secondter, the sword aura would have cut through his body.
Kearson''sugh could be heard from mid-air. "It looks like you''re hardly unbeatable yourself, Wilbur. You might be able to avoid the Light Sword on the ground, but can you run from the one in the sky?"
Kearson muttered a string of chants. Following that, a Light Sword formed in the sky. He pointed the Light Sword in his grasp on the ground, and a barrage of Light Swords began to rain down upon the area.
There were Light Swords everywhere, and Wilbur hovered mid-air as he muttered a spell to cast an Earth Wall using his Earth-type powers. However, the Light Sword pierced right through the wall at once, crushing it immediately.
Just as Wilbur was ducking, a Light Sword sliced off a piece of the clothing around his arm. Wilbur hesitated no more and activated the Dragon''s Safehaven at once. A bright-colored ray of light appeared above Wilbur''s head, enveloping him in itpletely as the Light Swords could not hurt him in the slightest.
Yet what happened just now made it clear that Wilbur could not take this lightly. Senior Fremont had probably given Kearson a lot of power, or he would have never been able to cast such a powerful Sword Domain with his level of skill.
The pressuring aura was truly too much for him to handle!
Wilbur cast the Dragon''s Safehaven twice before muttering a spell to activate his Iris Veritas as he looked up at Kearson in mid-air. There seemed to be two different glows radiating off Kearson, one white and one bright gold in color.
The white glow was his own spiritual energy, which meant that the brilliant gold light must be the powers Fremont had blessed him with!
Wait, what was that?
Just then, Wilbur noticed a ck ball of aura on the left side of Kearson''s chest. It continued to grow as Kearson roared angrily. All of a sudden, Kearson clutched the part of his chest with the ck aura as if he were in pain.
That was probably where his weak spot was. What Wilbur found unbelievable, however, was the Domain of the Sword that Kearson was cultivating. That proved that he hadpletely pure spiritual energy, which exined the true white glow he was emitting. What could be the reason for the ck aura in his chest?
