Chapter 2034

Kearson thought that Wilbur invited him for collectibles, which was profitable for his business. Therefore, Kearson was very happy to hear that.

Wilbur replied, "That''s right. I''m interested in collectibles, especially collectibles that represent the Dasha civilization, like paintings, pottery, and bronze cauldrons. ording to what I know, the Korlyn City Museum was not small. There are more than ten thousand collectibles in there. So, I would like to know if there are other Dasha collectibles in Korlyn City Museum."

"Um, I''m not so sure about that, Mister Penn. You know how busy I am. I can''t possibly observe each collectible, but if you need, I can let my assistant help you find some collectibles from Dasha. As for the price, I think we can discuss itter."

"Alright, sure." Wilbur smiled and got up. He said, "It looks like you''re a straightforward person, Mister Kearson. In that case, I''ll be looking forward to hearing some good news from you."

"Happy doing business with you, Mister Penn."

    "Likewise."

After shaking hands, Kearson left the cafe. Wilbur did not go back to the hotel but instead went to an antique market in Korlyn City.

ording to the intel La provided, most of the collectibles in Korlyn City Museum were purchased from someone named Haron. Haron was a sailor but was also an antique merchant at the same time.

Haron had three cargo ships that he used to trade collectibles between Terya and Rostead. Rumor had it that there used to be a trading route between the two nations for over a thousand years by sea. However, the whereabouts of the route were unknown to anyone.

La stated that Haron was only an ordinary merchant three years ago, and he did not even have his own cargo ship yet. He used to rent cargo ships to trade collectibles in Terya.

He suddenly got rich within three years. He made a lot of money and purchased three cargo ships, elevating his value by a thousandfold. It was almost like he earned a great fortune that was impossible for most people to obtain in one lifetime.

It was suspicious that he earned that much money from trading, especially for a cargo ship sailor like Haron. La assumed that he probably found the route that passed through Terya and Rostead.

Many ships were sunk along that route for over a thousand years, and all those collectibles were in the sea. Haron probably found the route and dug up those sunken goods, growing his wealth by selling those sunken treasures.

Haron could not afford to reveal the location of that route to others, therefore he went to look for Mister Kearson and they made a deal. In the end, it was the reason why Korlyn City Museum had more than ten thousand collectibles.

Everyone knew that Kearson was a big spender. He would not treat Haron poorly, which was why Haron got rich fast. However, no one knew their secret.

All of that was La''s theory, and Wilbur found it highly usible too. However, there was no evidence to prove it. Wilbur could not be sure if Haron had found that trade route.

Rostead was a small nation, after all. He found it hard to believe that there were over a hundred Dasha collectibles here. Some of those collectibles were priceless. An antique pottery could be sold for millions of dors. Based on their value, it was highly unlikely for such treasured collectibles to be found in a small nation like Rostead.
