Wilbur saw that and leaped straight onto the beast''s back as it continued to switch directions. However, Wilbur''s gesture also made it so that the beast could not


    attack him effectively.


    Wilbur stared at the enormous creature below its feet, and a spark of murderous intent entered his head. He was trying to save the beast, but it was trying to kill him instead.


    What a foolish creature! Wilbur wanted nothing more than to have it killed. Yet he thought of his agreement with Paul, and the murderous intent promptly disappeared. Upon second thought, who knew how much torture the beast had had to endure since Greensource Corp had trapped it here? It was no wonder it hated human beings.


    It was not exactly surprising for the beast to act this way. Wilbur opened his heart and was about to think of a way to restore the cable. Just then, the countless spikes on the beast''s back lit up with electric currents. The currents joined together, striking in Wilbur''s direction.


    Countless electric currents hurtled toward Wilbur, giving him no time to duck as the currents hit him square in the chest.


    The powerful currents continued to flow through Wilbur''s body. The difference in size between Wilbur and the beast was iparable, and the currents from such a huge beast made Wilbur feel like he had been thrown against a power line.


    The beast''s currents were capable of bringing about disaster to the weather, and now all the currents were condensed on Wilbur. Within a few seconds, Wilbur sensed that his body had reached its limit. Yet just then, the dragon''s head mark on his back lit up with a blood-red glow.


    The dragon''s head mark began absorbing all of the beast''s currents. Wilbur leaped into the air, swimming upward with all his might.


    Energy exploded out of his body as Wilbur''s dragon aura flowed out. The powerful current caused Wilbur''s dragon aura to coalesce and take on a form of its own.


    The aura began moving along with Wilbur, and a dragon''s howl rang through the water around him as the physical manifestation of his dragon aura flicked its tail.


    The water shook from the powerful dragon aura, finally disappearing in the end. Wilbur was drained of his energy then as well, sinking to the bottom of the ocean.


    When Wilbur looked back up at the beast, it was lying on the ground as if bowing to Wilbur. The beast seemed shocked by what Wilbur had just done. After all, the dragon was the true ruler of the ocean, and the beast was merely a lowlife.


    Wilbur heaved a sigh of relief, grabbing the cable once more and quickly swimming upwards. The beast did not protest in the slightest this time, looking nothing but meek and obedient.


    Wilbur dragged the cable up to a corner of the cage where the socket was, plugging the cable in and heaving a sigh of relief as he heard it click into ce.


    He took out the remote controller after that, pressing one of the buttons. The chain attached to Wilbur''s body then began to pull him upward.
