Kyra said, "Mister Clements, can you first tell us what the other countries have suggested regarding this matter?"


    "Oh, no," Kyle shook his head with a smile. "I''m sure you two should know how important this meeting is. I can''t reveal any information about its contents prior. Besides, I think you should prove your sincerity if you actually feel strongly about this. I hope you know that I only agreed to see you because of Ralph. If you can''t convince me of anything, let''s not waste each other''s time."


    Kyra flushed in the face. She had thought that Kyle would be a nice guy, only for him to be this cunning. Indeed, he was a skilled old fox to be representing the Allied States.


    Wilbur said, "Mister Clements, I''m sure the problem with Greenpeace Corp is clear enough. It''s just that there is a key factor to how they''re going to be dealt with, and that''s who''s going to be in charge of doing so. Surely an international meeting is not going to be enough to knock Greensource Corp down and might even endanger the other national representatives. We''re in Cametra, not in the Allied States or any other of the seven other countries."


    Kyle''s eyes lit up at those words, looking straight at Wilbur. "Well then, are you suggesting that there isn''t a point to this meeting?"


    Wilbur said, "Of course, an international meeting will hold meaning as it is, but there must be boundaries drawn. You don''t want to cause more trouble while trying to minimize it."


    "Oh, of course not, of course not! I understand what you''re implying here, but Greensource Corp''s problems are incredibly serious. If they aren''t dealt with during the meeting, these problems are only going to keep getting worse. I''m sorry, Mister Penn, but I can''t agree with your suggestion. This meeting is going to be held in Cametra. If you didn''t at least give Cametra a bit of face, they might be suspicious of the meeting''s stance. There might be trouble after that."


    Kyle nodded. "You have brought up some of my concerns, and I apologize for my curtness just now if it offended you. What I would like to know now is if you have any suggestions for me that can solve the internal issues in Cametra, while also guaranteeing everyone''s safety in the meantime."


    "Of course I do. I was just waiting for you to ask. From the way I see it, we can go about this two ways. The straightforward way would be for the meeting to go on as usual, and you can also bring up the contributions Cametra has made toward the world. The more secretive way of doing it would be to contact Ralph in private and have a good chat with him about Greensource Corp. I think you''ll be able to save some face for Cametra in doing that, while also helping them get rid of Greensource Corp. Thetter, in my opinion, is the better choice."


    "It does seem so. Thank you for the reminder, Mister Penn. I know what to do now. However, I hope you''ll be able to send all the national representatives including me to the airport tomorrow. I don''t wish to be a part of anything thates after this."


    "Of course, since you''ve invited me. I''ll send everyone to the airport after the meeting tomorrow."


    Wilbur returned to the lobby from Kyle''s room, where he spotted Matias, the Dasha representative. Matias was also a member of the Paranormal Department of Research and Defense, and he shed his departmentnyard at Wilbur with a grin. "So? How did it go?"


    "Good. I''m pretty sure I''ll be able to settle things in Cametra soon and go back to Dasha."


    Matias nodded. "The situation at Greensource Corp might not be as simple as we think it is. The department has told me to pass you a message. They hope you''ll take care of yourself here."


    "Alright."


    Wilbur had just left the hotel when his phone rang with a call from Barney. "So? Did he say yes?"


    "Yep." Wilbur nodded confidently. "Mister Clements has agreed to your request, and none of the national representatives will bring up anything about Greensource Corp tomorrow."
