    Wilbur was rather excited at Paul''s words. After all, if he learned thews of the middle dimension, he would be able to borrow an endless amount of the power of light and the power of destruction. That way, his power would be improved to another level as well.


    Paul could see what Wilbur was thinking, and said, "You might have saved me, but I won''t just pass down thews of middle dimensions to you like that. You should know that the middle dimensions are rtive to both the upper and lower dimensions. Also, there is a severe bacsh thates from borrowing power through thews of dimension. I''m worried that might happen to you, and that might make you another enemy of ours on top of the Dark Lord."


    Paul''s words disappointed Wilbur greatly, but upon second thought, the bacsh from the power of destruction was indeed very powerful. There was actually a rather high chance of things going south with Wilbur learning to borrow power through thews of the middle dimensions, and he would rather go without the risk.


    While Wilbur had many questions in his head, and Paul might have the answer to some of them. Wilbur asked, "Mister Paul, would I be right in guessing that you''re a member of the Scarlet Leaf Faction? You''re Kyra''s boss?"


    "That''s right. I am a member of the Scarlet Leaf Faction, but I hope you don''t have any misunderstandings towards us. The Scarlet Leaf Faction has always done things by the book. It''s just that the people from Green Leaf broke their deal this time."


    "Green Leaf? Well, Mister Paul, how much do you know about Greensource Corp? Is the Scarlet Leaf Faction going to do nothing about what Greensource has done?"


    Paul sighed. "It''s... a long story. That''s also between the Scarlet Leaf Faction and the Green Leaf Faction. I hope you won''t ask too much, Mister Penn."


    Paul left after that. Wilbur watched his retreating back, and said, "Mister Paul. Greensource Corp''s spirit-controlling medicine is now being sold in multiple countries, and they even have their own forces around the world. Is that still just between the two factions? From the way I see it, doesn''t this concern Cametra''s internal affairs too?"


    Paul sighed again. "Don''t worry, Mister Penn. There''s going to be an exnation for all of this eventually, and we''re going to do our best to minimize the matter so that it stays within Cametra. Now is not the time yet, and so I can''t tell you too much either."


    Paul left after that. Wilbur knew that he had his reservations and that the rift between the two factions might be huge. It was also possible that Greensource Corp had run into problems with their internalbs. There was the Light Valley, as well as the fight by the river and Damon''s attitude toward Paul.


    Wilbur had witnessed all of that, which proved that there was definitely somewhat of a rift between the two factions. Now that things were so tense, it might not be long before a drastic change overtook the country altogether.


    Wilbur returned to the attic, feeling a heat from his face. He reached up to touch his cheek and drew back a hand stained with blood.


    He thought back to the battle. Damon''s power of destruction had been converted into the power of light and absorbed by the dragon''s head on Wilbur''s back, but the immense force had knocked his internal systempletely askew.


    The damage was showing, and Wilbur was at risk of copsing if he did not do anything about it.


    Wilbur sat down cross-legged on his bed. He took two Thunder-type healing pills and spent the rest of the night channeling his aura to heal his body.


    It was down by the time he was done, and Wilbur looked out at the brightening sky. He thought of Damon and figured that the guy was at least of mid Emperor level with the added boost of the power of destruction.
