Kyra clearly had a long way to go to get to that level.
As if sensing the mocking glint in the girls'' eyes, Kyra chuckled and got to her feet. "I suppose that''s a little far-fetched of me, isn''t it? But thank you for the tip, girls! As a token of my appreciation, I''ll pay for everything and anything you want here starting from now! I only ask that you do not try to escape. If I catch you doing that, I''ll scratch your pretty little faces up before throwing you out to fend for yourselves."
After thinking about it for a moment, she added, "This is not an empty threat. You know what hell a woman is willing to wreak when she is scorned!"
Lacey and Eliana clutched their faces in fear at the threats, but they were indeed sessfully discouraged from running away.
Of course, Wilbur knew nothing at all about Kyra rescuing the girls.
Kyra was the reason behind Mondorra knowing that his son''s disappearance was rted to Wilbur.
Just then, over in Sanders'' bar, Wilbur was surrounded by the fat cultivator''s men. It seemed like they were going to take him down and then turn him over to Mondorra in hopes of a reward.
"Hand over Rabbick this very second if you want to live! You won''t get another chance like this when I get my hands on you!" said the fat man. He leaped off the second floor, nding on the dance floor with a loud thud that left a sizable hole in the ground.
Any regr person would have been scared out of their wits by a presence like that, but Wilbur was of Emperor level. That was hardly a threat to him.
"What if I refuse to hand him over? What are you going to do to me?" Wilbur asked calmly, looking at the fat man.
The fat manughed maniacally after hearing Wilbur''s words.
"Interesting! Very interesting! I haven''te across someone brave enough to speak like that in front of me in a long, long time. Mister Mondorra said that crushed bones are the best way to learn. One gets nothing out of just practicing alone!"
The fat man smirked smugly at Wilbur, waving a hand at the men around him as they charged at Wilbur.
Wilbur sighed, muttering, "I''m not a fan of giving out free lessons either. Since you guys seem desperate to get to the afterlife, I''ll lend you a hand! You bastards
belong in hell anyway."
"Holy Wave of Thunder!"
As those words rang through the air, a powerful web of lightning sparked around him that lit up the otherwise dim bar.
Wilbur looked like a god who had descended from the heavens, and everyone''s jaws hit the floor in disbelief.
The web of arcing lightning with Wilbur at its core began to spread, and anyone who came into contact with it was either sliced into pieces or reduced to a pile of ashes.
"Who... are you?"
The fat man tried to fight back against Wilbur''s attacks with all his might, but the three words he said were hisst before he copsed to the ground.
