The hospital was in cahoots with the medicine suppliers, and that was why the hospital kept pushing this really expensive medicine called Andika to the patients. Lindon and his family were part of those patients who were promoted to." There was a short pause before he continued, "A small number of patients showed violently negative reactions to Andika... and Lindon and his family were among those patients. Lindon''s father and son could not be saved after taking the medicine and died in the hospital. Lindon was still a university student when he began investigating the case in secret and managed to get some useful evidence that his family had fallen terribly sick because of the medicine prescribed by the hospital, leading to their deaths!"


    Darren took a deep breath, then went on, "With all the evidence secured, Lindon was about to sue the hospital and the medicinepany. However, someone from the higher-ups put in a great amount of effort and money to silence the entire incident. Someone from the higher-ups found my uncle, who''s an official in the city, and gave me two million dors through him to have me keep tabs on Lindon and stop him from leaving Seechertown to file aint. In the end, Lindon failed to make his reports one too many times and killed himself at the vige entrance..."


    The investors present at the conference were confident upon seeing the information that yed onscreen that the Leiths were done for.


    For Tucker Leith, the original mastermind behind Andika, he had no time to even think of who had done this.


    After watching the video of Darren fessing up, Tucker prepared to slip away while the crowd was distracted.


    However, the exposé was clearly aimed at Tucker and the proposal he had nned for Leith Pharmaceuticals. There was no way Wilbur was going to let the main man get away.


    Just as Tucker had walked off the stage, Levy and Faron blocked his path. "Where on earth are you headed off to, Mister Fowler? We''ve reported you for fraternizing with illegal forces, bribing members of the healthcare department, using and selling dangerous medicine to cause harm to innocent civilians, and then collecting evidence for the illegal forces to use asb data!     Tucker was fuming at the Levy and Faron for blocking his way. Just as he was about to beat the two men up, the officials had pushed open the doors of the conference room as they had heard the news beforehand.

    It was up to Elsa and Pendleton to take down the higher-ups in the healthcare department now!

    Pendleton was just worrying about how to make his temporary position as the handler of Kardon Province a permanent one when he received the news from Wilbur''s men.


    There was no way Pendleton was going to miss such a wonderful opportunity, so he formed a task force with Elsa as the leader at once to arrest every single person involved with the Andika incident.


    Some of them had, out of wanting to save themselves, fessed up at once on everything they knew about the hospitals scamming their patients and other unscrupulous behaviors.


    Wilbur had also contacted Benjamin Grayson, hoping that he would pay special attention to this case and bring it directly to the higher-ups.


    The medical industry would only be a healthy one if the national forces made sure things were in order, and that the overall purpose was to heal the people and not do everything out of profit!
