    Wilbur wondered when Elsa would show up to the rescue. Levy approached him and said, "Mister Ketter, I called the number you gave me. The woman said there was a special operation in town. She told us to cooperate with all legal procedures, and that we shouldn''t worry about anything."

    "You didn''t participate in the fight just because you said so? If a murderer says he didn''t murder anyone, should I release him immediately as well? Save your breath. I''ll forcefully arrest you if you obstruct thew!"


    Wilbur and the others were taken to the lockup of the Economic Development Zone.
