Chapter 1568

His leg shot out in a spinning kick, ducking the attack from Benson and Kelsey''s weapons while kicking them into the air.

Wilbur''s right fist was arcing with lightning by the time the both of them had returned to their senses. Wilbur struck out, nding a blow on Sam''s hammer.

The spiritual hammer shattered in the blink of an eye. The next second, Wilbur''s left fistnded on Sam''s stomach with a terrifying force.

Sam spat out a mouthful of blood as he was sent flying, crashing against the foot of the mountain at the same time as Benson and Kesey did.

Esha finally fell as well, nding hard on the ground as her pistol rolled out of her grasp and blood trickled out of the corner of her mouth.

By the time she raised her head, Sam and the other two were already lying on the ground.

Wilbur walked up to the three of them with his hands behind his back.

Benson and Kelsey were in disbelief at the fact that this guy had maimed them with just one move.

It was important to note that Sam was a Sanctuary level cultivator, and those two were peak Ambience.

Sam was pale as a sheet, coughing up blood repeatedly as he stared at Wilbur in shock.

He had always been a cautious man and attacked with the full force of his domain despite not knowing what level Wilbur was.

Sam had done this because he did not want to give Wilbur any chance to fight back.

Yet he realized then that he had greatly underestimated his opponent, as this guy was on a whole different level altogether.

The guy was most likely an Emperor level, just like their chairman.

    That was terrifying.

Sam drew a deep breath as Wilbur got closer. "Please spare us, sir! We admit defeat! Our chairman is an Emperor level elite. Let us go, and you will be a friend of the Shadow Group forever."

To befriend the Shadow Group was a dream of countless cultivators.

The Shadow Group had ess and control over so many mysterious things, and they were powerful enough to do just about anything. This was an offer no cultivator could resist, even if they were an Emperor level elite.

Wilbur chuckled, but Benson said, "If you kill us, you will be an enemy of the Shadow Group. Our group will hunt you down for the rest of your life, and you will have no choice but to live in darkness. I hope you''ve thought this through."

"I''m sure the Shadow Group would love to have a friend like you, sir. Let us go, and we''ll leave right now."

Benson was acting tough, but Kelsey was chickening out. Now was not the time for toughness, and anything could wait until they got out of here.

Wilbur stopped in his tracks, staring at the three of them thoughtfully.

Sam then said, "The Shadow Group has an arsenal of resources that can satiate your every wish. There are great benefits to being our friend. Being an enemy to the Shadow Group will bring about dire consequences."

"Think about it. You might be powerful, but the Shadow Group is the most powerful organization in the world that no one has ever dared to mess with. Do you understand the gravity of this issue?" Benson said haughtily.

Wilbur sighed. "I will give you that. The Shadow Group is indeed one of the top organizations in the world, and you guys are a powerful bunch."

"I''m d we''re clear on that." Benson smiled.

The next second, however, a halberd appeared in Wilbur''s grasp before lighting up with roaring spiritual mes.

"What are you trying to do?" all three cultivators cried out at the same time.

Wilbur brought the historical halberd down, and all three heads hit the ground as blood sttered everywhere.

Wilbur put the halberd away with an icy expression on his face. "You should be clear that you don''t have the right to be threatening me, either."
