They turned their faces up to the heavens, eyes wide and mouths dramatically agape in a horrifying manner.


    As the mysterious prayers went on, a strange gray fog began to stream out of these people''s mouths.


    The fog-like substance flowed downwards, slowly filling the entire dungeon and spreading outside.


    Time ticked by slowly.


    Sandy and Lilian were still praying in earnest, seemingly unaware of the


    substance flowing out of their bodies.


    The fog quickly spread through the entire city.


    Eventually, the citizens awoke from the middle of their slumber.


    Their gazes turned dazed, but it was not long before they began heading towards the main Pumido church.


    Some of the people were in their pajamas, some of thempletely barefoot. Some of them, in fact, were still drunk.


    Yet all of them had the same zed looks in their eyes as they made their way toward the main church with a surprising determination.


    Wilbur sat before the window, taking in the sights and smells of the fog in the air coupled with a wave of spirit energy that seemed to be trying to invade his soul.


    Wilbur sneered, enacting a barrier between himself and the hardly-threatening soul attack.


    Following that, he left the hotel to join the group outside.


    There were currently a few hundred thousand people all over Millerton, slowly making their way towards the church.


    Over in the underground cer of the church, the three elders had reached a peak in their prayers. Their voices grew louder and louder, and the entire cer waspletely filled with thick, gray fog.


    Just then, the followers of the Church of the me Dragon Lord let out a series of inhumane growls all of a sudden.


    The hundreds of thousands of people outside began to pray along as well.


    At the same time, an invincible force came down from the heavens above tond in the church.


    The three elders each lit up with a gray glow.


    Their expressions turned equal parts agonized and excitable as if something inside their bodies was trying to get out.


    Bumps appeared on different parts of their skin every now and then, making for a terrifying sight.


    Outside, Wilbur''s expression shifted.


    He could clearly sense the cries of the believers. They wereing from somewhere within the church.


    Wilbur parted the crowd at once, striding over towards the church and ridding anything or anyone in his path.


    He rushed into the church, all the way to the prayer room.


    Sandy and Lilian were still praying as earnestly as ever, looking just as dazed as the people outside.


    Wilbur merely nced at them, then continued rushing inside.


    He reached the door of the underground cer not long after.


    The church militia drew their swords at the sight of an intruder, crowding over at once.


    Wilbur sneered coldly. He took Dark Disperse out, darting through the crowd.


    A series of agonized cries sounded through the air as all the members of the church militia fell lifelessly to the ground.


    There was a thin, red line on each of their necks.


    Just as Wilbur was about to break the door of the cer down, Sandy and Lilian came running over while shrieking.


    Wilbur frowned.


    Both women were unarmed with a ze over their eyes but seemed to bemitting themselves thoughtlessly to kill as they wed at Wilbur''s eyes and neck.
