Wilbur waved his hand, and the Ring of Fire flew over to his palm.
He inspected the ring and discovered a lot of inscriptions on it. It was iridescent, and he had sensed the item, so he could tell it was extraordinary.
He felt like he might not have won against Michael who possessed the ring if he did not have the support of the Dragon''s Altar. It earned the name of being a godly item.
Wilbur tried to wear the ring. He felt like he would be more unstoppable if he could use the ring.
However, he was disappointed after a moment.
It was clear that the ring was custom-made for the Church of Holy Illuminati because he could not utilize the ring''s power at all.
It did not matter because the ring was a wonderful contribution. He could gain benefits if he turned it in.
Wilbur gave it onest try, to no avail, so he tossed it into the Dragon''s Altar.
A wave of mysterious ancient energy washed over him, and the Ring of Fire was turned into grace points.
"A thousand and five hundred points?" Wilbur looked at the grace points in the golden hourss and gasped. He wondered how the ring produced so many grace points.
An ancient energy appeared at the same time. The demine shook with it.
"Is the Dragon here?" Wilbur was shocked.
That never happened before.
An ancient voice could be heard as Wilbur expected.
"My Divine Dependent, you surprised me. I can''t believe you found a sacrifice like that. I''m in awe of yourpetence."
"Thanks. What benefits can I get?"
Wilbur knew that the Dragon did not need worshipers or respect. The Dragon only needed sacrifice, so it would not punish anyone for a bad attitude. Wilbur went straight to the point.
Augh echoed in the demine.
"You did well. I now grant you the title of ''The Explorer'', so you will be under my protection."
A light appeared and entered Wilbur''s body.
However, Wilbur did not feel a thing.
"That''s it?" asked Wilbur in shock.
"You will know why this title is magnificent in the future, so appreciate it."
Wilbur was furious because the reward was bullshit. He wondered if the Dragon was about to leave like that. "Hold it right there. What the hell is this? Are you fooling me?"
"Are you not satisfied?"
"Of course I''m not. I risked my life to exchange the ring. How can you try to bluff me?" asked Wilbur angrily.
There was silence in the demine.
Wilbur felt slightly afraid. He carefully looked around, even though he could not see anything.
The Dragon could be heard after a long while.
"I can grant you a wish due to your achievement. Name your wish."
Wilbur was overjoyed to hear that. He thought, ''That''s more like it!''
However, he started to feel troubled. He wondered what he should wish for.
An opportunity like that was rare, so he had to think it through.
He struggled with a choice, so much so that his expression started to twist.
