The Scorpion Army and the defense soldiers began to scramble for the nearest vehicles to them, fleeing for their lives.
Gary and Milo knew that they had lost their strongest fighter. They sped off in a truck as well, not even bothering to collect their men.
Michael''s defeat filled the members of the Church of the me Dragon Lord with bravado and spirit. Coupled with Wilbur''s terrifying powers, the opposing side had lost all their confidence.
Tarron took in the sight before him with shock, hardly able to believe his eyes.
Michael''s powers had been a sight to see, but Wilbur''s were on another level.
The Church of the me Dragon Lord hadpletely defeated the Church of Holy Illuminati.
This was a result that no one had even thought would be possible just half an
hour ago.
Everyone knew how powerful the Church of the Holy Illuminati was. They were practically a global legend.
And yet, Wilbur had taken them down. In fact, he had even wiped out one of their three main judges, Michael An.
This was a positively mind-blowing oue, one that would shock the world for
sure.
Just then, Wilbur slowlynded on the ground. Karl, Catherine, and the others came up to bow to him, their gazes filled with admiration.
The power of their Pope had shocked them once more.
Wilbur looked at them. "I hope you''re not too badly hurt?"
Karl smiled. "Just a scratch here and there."
Wilbur nodded, looking at Cameron and Dawson.
Both men were covered in blood, unclear whether it was theirs or that of their enemies.
"We''re fine. We''re still good to fight." Both men were clearly still overwhelmed with the glee of victory.
Wilbur then looked at the me Dragon Lord Church militia members.
They were all drenched in blood as well, and only two-thirds of the members were still standing.
Yet the smiles on their faces were undeniably triumphant.
Wilbur nodded. "Head to the capital of Terya with President Tyrone."
"Are we going to attack Terya?" Karl asked.
"We''re not attacking," said Wilbur. "We''re rescuing our believers and freeing them from the torment they have suffered. We shall revive Terya''s faith in our church and take down the rebels for President Tyrone."
"Yes, Your Holiness!" the crowd shouted, growing with emotion by the second.
"Let''s go!"
The order rang through the air, and Wilbur led the group across the border towards the capital of Terya.
Behind them, Catherine had arranged for Tyrone to be helped onto a car.
Tyrone stared at the tragic remains of the battlefield in disbelief, as well as the overwhelming amount of corpses left behind by members of the Church of Holy Illuminati, the Scorpion Army, and the defense soldiers.
It was clear that the enemy had been defeated quite thoroughly, with no medical staff even in sight.
He could not for the life of him understand how the Church of the me Dragon Lord had done it.
They had taken down such a powerfulbined force on their own.
Tarron stood on the hill in a daze.
What he had just seen hardly seemed real.
Was the power of the Church of the me Dragon Lord really that terrifying?
This Pope of theirs seemed like he was second to none in the universe.
Just then, his assistant piped up shakily next to him. "W-What should we do now?"
The battle had scared them out of their wits, especially the one between Wilbur and Michael.
That was something beyond their wildest imaginations. Those two men were more god than human.
After a long silence, Tarron clenched his fists.
