Chapter 1277

Miles was Daryl''s cash cow. Of course he was going to have to protect him with all his might.

Just then, however, Miles was staring at Wilbur with his jaw agape.

He could hardly believe that Wilbur was a cultivator too. No wonder he had the nerve to speak to him like that.

The next second, however, Miles shook his head.

Wilbur was on foreign territory here, and there were three Ambience level cultivators present.

So what if Wilbur was a cultivator? He was going to end up dead here anyway.

At the same time, spiritual energy surged out of Sans that he used to protect the mayor. "Don''t worry, Mayor Darben. You''re not in any danger."

"Get this over with soon. I''ve got a meeting to attend," Darben frowned.

Sans nodded. "Of course, of course. It''ll be over in a minute, as long as you''re around."

Just then, Cade swung his cuss around in a backwards attack towards Wilbur''s ribs.

Wilbur had Dark Disperse in one hand, piercing the de of the cuss once more.

Cade let out a roar, and the cuss left a trail of shadows in its wake as he began to zip around Wilbur in circles, shing at him relentlessly.

Spiritual energy rolled off the cuss in waves. Cade was hardly visible to the naked eye now, and all that could be seen were countless de shadows circling around Wilbur.

Under an attack like this, one small slip-up would result in one being diced into pieces by the terrifying power of the cuss.

Bailey was beside herself with nerves, clenching her fists as she cheered Wilbur on silently.

Yet no matter how sharp and precise Cade''s attacks were, Wilbur remained holding Dark Disperse in one hand as he blocked his attacks while hardly moving his feet.

Every single move Wilbur made was somehow able to dodge Cade''s attacks. On top of that, every single attack Wilbur made put a pressure on Cade that he had never quite felt before.

As the battle went on, Cade began to look visibly less calm.

Wilbur''s spiritual energy was clearly only of Ambience level, but hisbat skills were practically impossible.

He moved impably, every single one of his attacks defying expectations.

In fact, Cade barely managed to avoid quite a few attacks.

Amidst his shock, Cade began to grow angrier.

He was going to be a joke if he did not take this bastard down soon, let alone show off his powers.

Rage blinded Cade, and he decided to take on the battle beyond usingbat skills.

Cade let out a growl, and spiritual mes exploded out of the cuss as he swung it down viciously.

Wilbur pierced Dark Disperse upwards, still holding it with just one hand.

A thump rang through the air as rampant spiritual energy flew out, Cade''s figure retreating over ten meters away.

"You''re quite the fighter, young man," Cade sneered coldly.

Wilbur chuckled. "Only quite? Looks to me like you''re barely holding up."

"How dare you act so cocky for someone of merely Ambience level?" Cade shouted.

Wilbur shrugged. "You''re of Ambience level too, aren''t you? We''re both the same."

Cade let out a peal of wildughter.

"That''s what you think! I''m far more powerful than you could even imagine! Now, feel the wrath of a Sanctuary level elite, you low life!"

As he spoke, spiritual mes shot out of Cade''s body into the heavens. Aplete scripture flowed through the mes, as a terrifying spiritual pressure filled the air and made everyone''s breathing fall short.

Daryl and Sans'' expressions shifted at once, getting to their feet and shouting, "Sanctuary level?"

Both their faces were inplete shock, hardly daring to believe their eyes.

Miles, on the other hand, smiled at the sight. "I didn''t think you''d be a cultivator, but are you going to be any match for Mister Lonen here? Or are you going to end up dead?"
