"What are you doing? Are you crazy?" Seymour said as he looked at Ferris in shock.
Ferris scoffed, "You''re all just useless pieces of trash."
"And you think you''re useful?" Seymour shot back.
Ferris sneered as he said, "Trevor, you''re definitely very strong. You didn''t waste all these tests I set forth for you. On top of all these people here, the spiritual energy and life forces of everyone here will be enough for me to open the Gate of the End."
"The Gate of the End? What is that?"
"Ferris, what are you doing?"
"What are you trying to do?"
Everyone looked at Ferris with confusion in their eyes.
Eileen frowned in confusion as well.
Braum stood by the side quietly, like all of it had nothing to do with him.
Only Wilbur said coldly, "It looks like you''re finally showing your true intentions. I knew there was something up your sleeve."
"Oh, and how did you know that?" Ferris smiled and said.
Wilbur scoffed, "You should already have an understanding of my ability. With you being in charge of the Kiwanis Club for so many years, your intelligence and political acumen should all be top-notch. There''s no way you could fight to the death with someone like me. So, I always knew you had another goal."
"You''re right," Ferris replied coldly, "I needed someone immensely strong to use his spiritual energy to open the Gate of the End. That''s why I tested you so much. You didn''t disappoint me, which makes me very happy."
"Then it might be too early for you to be celebrating," Wilbur said coldly.
Ferrisughed and said, "How could that be? Do you think I''d have gotten all of you here if I wasn''t a hundred percent confident?"
Everyone was shocked. They did not know why, but they were getting a bad feeling about the situation.
"Ferris, what are you trying to pull?" Wilbur said with a dark tone.
Ferris looked at his feet and said slowly, "The great King of the End is a god in chaos, and I am his loyal follower. I''ve always been working towards helping him descend into this world. After so many years, all my hard work is about to pay off."
"The King of the End. What benefits could you get from him descending into this world?" Wilbur said coldly.
Ferrisughed and said, "You ants can''t possibly understand the greatness of divinity. The King of the End represents the great end of times. Our world has been in chaos for too long. Everyone is blinded by greed, holding back at nothing to get what they want without any faith in the world. The descent of the King of the End will turn the world into a faithful, orderly world. Everyone will believe in the same thing, and conflict will not exist. The world would be incredibly peaceful, and everyone would have happy lives. Isn''t that a good thing?"
Everyone was stunned, unable to understand what Ferris was saying.
Wilbur frowned slightly before he said, "We don''t need gods from other worlds in ours. Just have him stay in his own world obediently."
Ferrisughed crazily. "It''s because of blind fools like you that the world has turned into such a ce. That''s why we need the King of the End to cleanse us."
"Our World, no matter how bad it is, is still ours. We don''t need something from another world interfering," Wilbur shouted loudly.
Ferrisughed and said, "It''s already toote. Your spiritual energy and the flesh and blood of everyone here are enough to open the Gate of the End and allow the king to descend. Then, you''ll know the greatness of the King of the End and kneel down in front of him to pledge your support."
As he spoke, Ferris stomped his foot down, and a white ray of light shot up from beneath his foot.
Suddenly, the whole ind lit up with spiritual energy lines, all the way to the end of the ind.
Everyone looked beneath their feet in surprise.
"Quick, stop him!" Eileen shouted loudly as her swords appeared by her side, rushing right at Ferris.
However, at that exact moment, a gray barrier appeared in front of Ferris.
Eileen was sent flying.
Everyone was even more surprised.
Was Ferris not an ordinary person? They had never seen him using any spiritual energy before!
