Chapter 1006

Rinchen raised his arm slowly to look at it. There was now a white scar on where the thunder cleaver had connected with it.

"That was impressive," he mumbled to himself.

    Wilbur, however, furrowed his brows.

The thunder cleaver had the ability to pierce defenses, making it a terrifyingly powerful enough weapon.

Yet it had not been able to ovee Rinchen''s defenses in the slightest. This guy was something else.

    Wilbur gave it some thought.

Rinchen had cultivated for hundreds of years when he was alive, which definitely made him an elite cultivator.

He had begun absorbing the power of the crystal sternum before he fell into hibernation.

Not only had he retained his powers from when he was alive, but he had even gotten more powerful from absorbing the crystal sternum''s energy during his slumber.

His only weak point now was that his body was stiff, which made him not very agile.

After realizing this, Wilbur hesitated no more and activated his Domain: Tyrant of No Other.

A terrifying spiritual pressure surged out of him at once as the air within a hundred-meter radius around him began to howl with strong winds.

The thunder cleaver waspressed into a thin, long sword from this power. It was covered in symbols, burning brightly with roaring mes.

This immense power made Milo and the rest of Bassan''s tribe copse to the ground.

It was not the sort of pressure that regr people could withstand.

Just then, three gunshots sounded in a row as three spiral bullets shot out toward Rinchen.

Rinchen still had his back to Ryder and had no time to turn around.

All three bullets hit Rinchen square in the back.

However, Rinchen''s back lit up uponing into contact with the bullets, glowing with power.

The bullets bounced off his body and fell to the ground, nowpletely out of shape.

All that was left on Rinchen''s back were three white dots.

Just then, Rinchen slowly turned around to look at Ryder.

A powerful, overwhelming force enveloped Ryder at once.

All Ryder felt was an invisible force ripping at his body.

Amidst his shock, Ryder used all of his spiritual power to defend against this strange force.

However, it was far too powerful, and Ryder felt as if he was about to be ripped apart.

Just then, Wilbur let out a cry as he activated the most powerful attack of his Domain: me of the Infernal Dragon.

Roaring mes filled the air around Rinchen, burying himpletely.

At the same time, Wilbur dove into the mes without hesitation as well.

The force surrounding Ryder disappeared, and he heaved a sigh of relief.

The crowd stared on in a daze, their jaws agape.

Just then, several explosions happened within those mes.

Once the mes dispersed, Wilbur quickly retreated backward. He gripped his

thunder cleaver with both hands, staring Rinchen dead in the eye.

Rinchen frowned at Wilbur, runes shining all over his body.

The crowd gasped in shock once again.

The terrifying power of the mes made their chests lurch from a hundred meters away, yet Rinchen waspletely unharmed.

He truly was a terrifying existence.

"You''re the first person I''ve met so far who''s been able to cultivate both your physical strength and spiritual energy to this extent," Rinchen said slowly.

Wilbur''s expression darkened. "How kind of you."

The next second, he charged over once again.

He zipped around Rinchen in circles, moving at high speed.

Wilbur was moving so fast that he looked like a blur to the crowd.

On top of that, he had also managed to strike Rinchen with the thunder cleaver a

few dozen times in mere seconds.

Cracks began to appear in the air between his attacks.
