Chapter 901

Wilbur just could not understand what problem these guys had with him.

Just then, another guy said, "I hate uncultured bastards like you the most, trying to act like you''re all that just because you won that little bit of money. I bet you''re gonna go back and show off after this."

"Even if I was uncultured, how is it any of your business?" Wilbur asked.

"I just hate low-ss people like you with no culture. What are you going to do about it, hm?" the man jeered.

Wilbur''s expression darkened, but Tiff hurried to say, "Why don''t we just head back now, sir? These chips are getting really heavy for me to carry."

Wilbur sneered, turning to leave as Tiff followed behind him.

"Ha, I knew there wasn''t much else to an idiot like that. Come on, let''s sit down to y," said the man as he waved a hand to his friends.

Wilbur and Tiff returned to Wilbur''s room.

Tiff put the chips on the table with a smile. "You''ve got the best luck I''ve seen this far, Mister Penn."

"Well, it''s just luck," said Wilbur.

He picked up a chip worth a hundred thousand dors and handed it to Tiff. "This is for you."

Tiff was shocked to her core.

She often received tips from her customers, and customers who had won were usually pretty generous.

Even so, this was definitely a big tip, way more than what she might make in a few months.

Tiff stared at Wilbur in disbelief. "S-Sir, I don''t provide that kind of service."

"Of course, I could get you someone else if you need it," she added nervously after a moment.

Wilbur stared at her in exasperation.

"What were you thinking? That''s just payment for all you''ve done. You can go now."

"Really?" Tiff could hardly believe her ears.

That was a whopping hundred thousand dors!

It was honestly hard to believe that this guy did not want anything else.

Wilbur nodded. "Yes, and also to thank you for getting me out of that just now."

Tiff''s excuse of the chips being too heavy to carry just now almost made Wilbur burst outughing.

He also happened to have other things to attend to and did not care to make a big deal out of this.

Tiff heaved a sigh of relief at the words.

"It''s best if you don''t gamble anymore now that you''ve won so much, sir. I''ve seen too many people who lose all the money they have after a winning streak."

Wilbur looked at her. "Thank you for the advice. I understand."

Tiff nodded, bowing, and turning to leave happily.

Wilbur watched as she left, before leaning back against the sofa and falling deep into thought.

Christopher had called him just now, saying that Stiles had agreed to his request, but on one condition-a duel on Aucho Mountain three dayster.

Aside from the money to bail the hostages out, there was an additional ten billion dors and Christopher''s life.

The reason was that Christopher had betrayed him.

    Wilbur understood this well enough.

Stiles was the head of the underground circle in Aroma, and Christopher was considered his right-hand man.

Even though Christopher was already at the Sanctuary level, this proved that Stiles was also at the Sanctuary level himself.

Christopher would not have been so obedient otherwise.

That was also why he had been so confident in betting ten billion dors, as well as Christopher''s life.

On top of that, Christopher had also said that everyone in Aroma''s cultivator circle and the casino owners would be watching this duel too.

In fact, they had already begun betting on it.

Wilbur could not help but chuckle at the thought.

This truly was and where one could bet on just about anything.
