“Is this the so-called civility you mentioned?”
“The Empire of the Sun that Never Sets openly disregarded the restriction order during Christmas and
partied all night long, causing the infectious rate of the pandemic to increase exponentially. Is this the so-
called civility too?”
“On the Euro-American battlefield, the Empire of the Sun that Never Sets used a few bags of washing

They used this as an excuse to impose financial and military sanctions on the people. Is this the so-
called civility as well?”
Murphy was slightly stunned. He quickly regained hisposure and snapped, “These incidents that
you mentioned are just hearsay, no? These rumors must have been posted online by someone from your
country!”
“Why have I never heard of them? Do you have any evidence?”
“If you don’t, stop talking nonsense. Don’t you know that I can sue you for defamation at any time?”
Harvey’s words touched a nerve. Murphy was
slightly cross.
Harvey didn’t want to argue with him and said lightly, “Okay. Since you don’t want to talk about this, I’ll
tell you something else. Is that alright?”

“You!” Murphy was trembling with anger.
The incident Harvey spoke of did happen before, and had subsequently be a huge joke at an

Harvey continued indifferently, “If being ungrateful, shameless, and a hypocrite is the norm of the
western world…”
“Then we, the Great Country H, have no interest in such civility!”

fairness, peace, perseverance, dedication, promoting good deeds, helping the poor, courage for justice,
developing strong virtues…”
“All this makes for an icon of civilization.”
“This is the true meaning of civilization.”
“You’re truly shameless for remaining so blissful despite living off people, just so you could be a
foreigner! How would a hypocrite like you understand the Great Country H’splexity and richness?”

Murphy was so furious that he crushed his phone. He spat heatedly, “Harvey, stop messing around! How
could the Great Country H’s measly civilization be on par with the western civilization?!”
“Learning the ways of the western civilization is already a great honor!”
“I’m warning you! You have to apologize for your derogatory remarks in public within three days.
Otherwise, I’ll use all my connections to destroy you!”
Murphy stepped up his threat, announcing smugly, “Don’t forget, the Evans were the Governors in the
