Now that Noah and the rest of his group had finished transforming and assessing the situation within the new sector they infected and convereted into Vampiric Undead, they decided to move towards the SS-Rank Dungeon.??
"Now that we are done here, should we go into the SS-Rank dungeon?" asked Iris.
"Yes, let''s get to it, I don''t want to waste much time… Iris, remember to not jump into battle, or at least, fight from far away. Well, I will be protecting you anyways, but still…" sighed Noah.
"Come on, I know that you''re worried, I will only fight through long-ranged means, don''t worry dear… It makes me very happy to know that you''re so worried about me…" said Iris kissing Noah.
"Of course I do… Now, let''s get to it. I hope there is something that might appease my craving for strong creatures. It was truly a pity that the Divine Beasts were not enough to satisfy my hunger," said Noah.
"Maybe another dragon?" wondered Arthur.
Noah hoped that it could be another Dragon, but it could just be anything… Perhaps something he wouldnt really expect... Anything!
What could it truly be...?
The enormous gate in front of Noah and the rest shined with eerie crimson-red colors. The gate color was red, as it was as clear as water that it meant that monsters were inrge numbers inside and that they would most likely end up escaping sooner orter.
If SS-Rank Monsters were to escape into Sector C, the results would be more than catastrophic, the entire city would be left on ruins in less than an hour, and all the people would end up most likely ughtered.
Of course, to Noah and his bravepanions, such a Dungeon was a mere yground, so they were rather rxed while entering it, unaware of what mighty ahead…
"Let''s get to it," said Noah, guiding his allies into the gate, as their figures disappeared the moment they crossed through the dimensional gates that led to otherworldly dungeons.
The moment they crossed through, the group was greeted by the beautiful spectacle of the spatialyers greeting their sight, twisting, and dting to let them easily pass through them, as Noah opened his eyes once more, and he was greeted by an enormous alien forest.
This forest looked oddly familiar to him, although he had never been on this ce.
The sky was of a sickly green color, and there were a few moons atop the sky… The nts, however, seemed fleshy, their leaves were deceptive as they had eyes ring at him, the ground was also purple-colored, and there was a river nearby exuding a purple smoke of poisonous nature.
Wait… no, this wasn''t a river, it was ake! An immenseke made of purple-colored poisonous liquid.
Aside from the nts with eyes, there was nothing but a vast forest that led somewhere.
Noah quickly expanded his senses as he detected a bit of the ce, but it wasn''t until Jon came that he was able to understand everything better, as Jon connected his mind to his alongside what he was able to see and understand while using Panoptic Vision, he was able to fully map the ce and present it to Noah through Telepathic Network.
The entire dungeon wasposed of this immense forest, which had many little rivers of poison here and there, somerger pools around, and theke, which wasn''t actually essible but only visible, as there was an invisible spatial wall blocking him from crossing through.
But wasn''t this the same one where they fought against the poisonous eels, and other creatures? Indeed, this was!
"It is this ce from all ces," said Noah.
"Oh, thatke… This is the poisonouske dungeon? So we arrived on this again," said Iris.
"It seems to be the case. Although we had grown particrly stronger since then, and the atmosphere here isn''t even working on us anymore…" said Arthur.
"Yeah, I remember that it used to burn our throats. But now? Not even that," said Timassa.
"The dungeon is quite big, but not as much as the other where Vayu was… And the monsters are already here, all these nts with eyes silently watching us… I guess they are not really hostile unless we attack them… Now I feel a bit bad," sighed Jon.
"I kind of guessed it, so these nts are the enemies?" asked Noah, pointing at arge tree made of red flesh with eyes as fruits, andrge tentacles dancing atop its hardened skin bark, it seemed to not even mind them.
"Oh, they look quite meaty, and they won''t attack? Are they free meal?" asked Adamantine, waving her shadow tail.
"W-Wait, don''t get ahead of yourself, Adamantine-" muttered Jon, as his girlfriend quickly leaped out and opened her jaws, wide, reaching the nearest flesh tree and tearing arge chunk apart!
MUNCH!
"GGGRRRRYYAAARRRR!"
The tree roared in agony as it fell over the ground, as blood began to sprout all over, its entire body began to twist around as many tentacles tried to attack Adamantine, but she sliced through them and bit them, while she crushed the trunk and the bones inside… yes, it had white bones inside. What a strange tree.
"Hm! It is tasty! Jon,e eat with me!" she said.
"Ugh… I don''t think I will," sighed Jon.
RUMBLE!
Suddenly, the entire forest began to shake, as many of the trees, whose minds were connected, started to move, they saw Adamantine and her allies as their enemies!
BOOM! BOOM BOOM!
Suddenly, gigantic tentacles emerged from the ground, attacking everyone, as the trees began to walk around using their roots, and shooting redsers from their fruit eyes!
"This ended way crazier than I originally thought!" said Timassa, as everyone was forced into battle, quickly taking out their weapons and sting away the gigantic flesh trees and slicing through seas of fleshy tentacles!
Iris flew up high above, as she, alongside a clone of Noah, who was her back guard and that shared the same soul with Noah, effectively making it a second body with less of its power protected her with barriers and projectiles of blood from the tentacles reaching to her.
Iris quickly unleashed her phantom re, releasing gigantic tornadoes of fire and burning through vast amounts of the forest! More and more flesh trees woke up and began to fight, while many others were grilled alive, releasing an inciting smell to the gluttonous Adamantine and Noah, who were eager to taste this new dish!
Timassa also flew at Iris''s side, and used her ck thunder and her bow-like soul weapon to fire dozens of ck thunder arrows, bombing the trees down below into piles of flesh and blood!
CLASH! BOOM! CRASH!
Meanwhile, Jon was at the side of Adamantine as the two took care of each other''s backs, Jon used his eyes to inflict many curses while firingsers, while Adamantine was a beastly and berserk-like fighter, coating herself in her shadows to fight with all sorts of monstrous physical attacks.
And as this happened, Arthur remained near Noah, as he released downpours of corrosive poison, melting the fleshy trees rather easily, while Noah used his new and stronger soul to generate gigantic fists and materializing them, crushing anything near him with almighty strength!
