    “I thought you’d forgotten me!” Elena wiped off her tears, bolting toward Gerald and embracing him as


    tightly as she could.


    The scene shocked everyone.


    “It’s been so long since youst called! Ever since you’ve gotten yourself a girlfriend, youpletely


    forgot about me!” Elena wailed helplessly.


    “Hey, hey. I’m here now. Don’t cry!” Gerald patted Elena gently on her shoulders.
