    He sent a few batches of Dragon Guards to search for the Southern Boss, but they all returned without


    finding anything.


    At first, Mister Orpwood thought that Alfred was perhaps mistaken and the Southern Boss did not flee


    to the western region.


    However, Leon already confirmed that the Southern Boss was located in the western region.


    This left only one possibility: someone in the western region was aiding the Southern Boss and erasing

    Whoever was aiding the Southern Boss must have at least some level of power that rivaled some of

    On the other hand, the Southern Boss used to be the ruler of the undergroundmunity in the


    southern region and had no connection with the families in the western region.


    All influential families valued their reputation and would never associate themselves with the likes of the

    Therefore, it was extremely unlikely for these families to be connected to the Southern Boss.


    The Western Boss, however, was involved in the undergroundmunity and likely had a connection


    to the Southern Boss.


    There were a lot of grey areas in the undergroundmunity and if the Southern Boss was really in


    the western region, the Western Boss might be the one hiding him. Even if that was not the case, he


    would likely know something.

    Orpwood was furious and his expression darkened.


    "Mister Orpwood, if the Western Boss is involved in this, why don’t we just pressure him into handing


    the Southern Boss over? That way, we could at least obtain some information about the Southern
