    The Southern Boss''s heart sank when he saw that Leon saw right through Rodney''s trick.


    Rodney''s defeat of Roanne worked in their favor so much that he already decided to use this


    opportunity to sabotage the sales drive and bring the Thompsons down together!


    However, he never once imagined that Leon would be so sharp as to realize what Rodney did and


    even see right through him!


    This not only foiled their ns but even rendered all their efforts utterly futile!


    "Hey, Leon, don''t be a sore loser! Roanne has already lost, and we all saw it with our own two eyes, so


    don''t keep trying to find excuses for her failure!" the Southenr Boss said coldly as he stepped forward,


    trying desperately to turn the situation around.


    "I''m not trying to find excuses. I''m just spouting facts!" Leon replied indignantly.


    "Facts? What nonsense! The fact is that Roanne''s advancement in power level is just a hoax and that


    you and the Thompsons staged this act and treated all of us like monkeys to take our money! You owe


    all of us an exnation!" the Southern Boss said in determination, trying to get everyone to turn on


    Leon and the Thompsons as they had in the beginning.


    However, the audience was not idiots.


    Leon discovered Rodney was cheating, and yet, Rodney refused to hand over his ring for an


    inspection!


    Each of them appeared to be insistent and persuasive, and none of them could yet tell who was lying


    and who was telling the truth, so of course they would not jump to conclusions just yet!


    "Don''t try to change the subject, Southern Boss! If Rodney won this duel fair and square, he shouldn''t


    be afraid to hand over his ring for an inspection! We''ll be able to know for sure whether he cheated or


    not just by looking at his ring!" Leon replied curtly.


    Now that he discovered the secret of Rodney''s ring, he would not be swayed easily, no matter what the


    Southern Boss said or did!


    "Yes, President Wolf is right! Mister Spears should show us his ring! If he''s really innocent, we all owe


    him an apology!" everyone else agreed with Leon''s idea.


    "Um," The color drained from the Southern Boss''s face at this point. He could not believe that the


    situation took a turn for the worst; people were beginning to root for Leon now!

    going to take off your clothes and let all of us check it too?" the Southern Boss scoffed, trying to shift


    the attention away from himself.


    He was one of the most powerful forces in the Southern region, and so long as he refused to admit it,


    no one could do anything about it!


    "My father is right! Leon, how dare you nder me without evidence? This is a vition and no doubt


    an insult to my integrity! I hereby challenge you to a duel to protect my sacred integrity!" Rodney


    quickly tried to steer the entire conversation away, acting as though he were the victim in this whole


    situation, and issued a duel to Leon in an attempt to distract everyone from the issue at hand.
