    “Careful, Leon!” the four girls screamed in warning. Even though all of them knew that Leon was a


    powerful fighter, they still could not help being worried when seeing Leon in imminent danger!


    “You’re dead!” Leon scoffed. He did not have the time to retaliate and instead had no choice but to


    spiral around and angle his chest toward the attack, preparing to take it in stride.


    “You’re the dead one, you punk!” the guard sneered as he cast Leon a disdainful nce.


    He could not believe this idiot chose to take on his attack with his chest without even trying to defend


    himself.


    Then, without a single moment’s hesitation, the guard pressed a firm punch against Leon’s chest with


    all his might.


    “It’s finally over!”


    “That punk is dead, for sure!” Willie and Tony were both delighted to see Leon being struck, and it was


    as though a weight was lifted off their shoulders.


    They both knew that no matter how powerful Leon was, he was still a human, after all, and now that he


    took on that great punch with his chest, there was no doubt he would suffer greatly, especially since the


    impact struck him squarely where his heart sat.


    However, before they could even finish this thought, what happened next shook them both to the core!


    “Thud!”


    With a deafening m, Leon blocked the attack with the Mirror of Sovereign, and his entire body


    remained firmly nted on the ground, without a flinch.

    the guard’s chest.


    “What’s this?” the guard could not believe his eyes. He thought he could injure Leon with this punch,


    but never dreamed that even at the Intermediate Overlord State, Leon would be able to evade his


    attack without even a single scratch!


    One could only imagine his shock!


    Not only that, but since he spent all his power in that punch, he could not possibly dodge Leon’s


    retaliation. in time, and had no choice but to watch as Leon’s attacknded squarely in the middle of his


    chest!


    Leon’s spiritual energy was far more powerful than true energy, and the guard who received the blow


    spat out mouthfuls of blood as his entire body was propelled backward, finally hitting the wall behind


    him and sliding into a crumpled heap on the ground.


    An excruciating pain shot through his chest. It seemed as though he broke five or six of his ribs—a far


    more severe injury than his predecessor!


    “How’s this possible?” both Willie and Tony were stunned by this and could not believe their eyes.
