    ck Panther looked at Rice Cake and the cats ying on the field, nodded, and felt very good.


    Matcha waved as he walked towards ck Panther and punched on his cell phone which said, “Mr Panther, let’s proceed to the level below. We trained the students from young to have an international outlook and be multilingual. So we arranged for a foreign tutor for them to converse in a foreignnguage during the course of teaching.”


    ck Panther’s eyes lit up as he asked, surprised, “Oh? You have a foreign tutor?”


    “Yes.” Matcha said, “Once the supercats have learned foreignnguages, they will be good trantors for Zhao Yao. Besides superpowers, we are uncovering the supercats’ other potential.”


    ck Panther nodded with satisfaction as he felt this was fantastic. He followed Matcha to the outside of a ssroom and saw Fish Ball, Cannon, and Lightning sitting and staring at the ckboard obediently.


    Noodle stood in front of the cats and barked non-stop. Fish Ball and the rest of the cats followed the barking.


    ck Panther was astonished and said, “Is he the foreign tutor? A husky?”


    Matcha nodded and said, “Yes, the husky was a superdog tutor hired from ska. His nationality and race are so uniquely different. He is indeed the best of all foreign tutors.”


    ck Panther asked hesitantly, “Superdog? What’s he teaching?”


    “He’s teaching dognguage.” Matcha said, “The structure of a cat allows us to make hundreds of different sounds. Foreignnguages are a piece of cake to us.”


    ck Panther nodded and said, “Awesome.”


    Seeing ck Panther nod with satisfaction, Matcha felt happy and thought that he was going to make the deal. He brought ck Panther to the canteen.


    They saw Midnight struggling to prepare cat meals in the kitchen.


    Midnight said, “Zhao Yao’s a b*stard to make the three of us help out with the buffet. Now he makes me prepare cat meals while Lang Gou and his buddy help out at the buffet. He is squeezing us dry.”


    Matcha exined, “Our school is isted from the outside world and disconnected from the inte 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The food that the cats eat is selected personally by Zhao Yao and ording to American ANC animal feeding standards. This happy cat meal ensures a healthy body, beautiful fur, improved intelligence, and elevated superpower.”


    ck Panther nodded and Matcha asked, “How’s it Mr Panther? Do you want to sign up today? Let me check the sign up list...”


    Matcha pretended to look at his cell phone, “Woah! There’s only a single spot left!”


    He looked anxiously at ck Panther and typed furiously on his cell phone that said, “Mr Panther, I am not bragging but you have witnessed the amazing facilities, curriculum, and tutors which makes us the Stanford of cat education and the Ivy League of China. There’s only one spot left and it will be extremely popr.”


    ck Panther frowned and said, “This is a private school. Let’s not discuss the standards of the education. Is the graduation certificate recognized outside?”


    “You are smart! You had hit the nail on the head,” Matcha said. “Please take a look here...”


    Matcha brought ck Panther to arge wall with a gigantic name register. Zhao Yao, the Headless Horseman, appeared at the top of the list.


    “All the cat schrs who graduated from our college Y will be the disciples of the Headless Horseman. I don’t have to remind you of the Headless Horseman’s fame in Jianghai, do I?”


    Matcha meowed excitedly, “A disciple of the Headless Horseman can do what he wants in Jianghai.

    Matcha introduced Milk Tea to ck Panther, “This is one of our graduates, Milk Tea. Do you feel a difference in our graduated supercat?”


    ck Panther looked at Milk Tea, who widened his eyes, rubbed against ck Panther, sat down obediently beside him and hugged his leg happily.


    ck Panther was shocked and thought, “This cat is very obedient!”


    Milk Tea climbed up ck Panther’s pants to his shoulders and pressed his paw on ck Panther’s shoulders.


    Matcha was at the side, using his cell phone to trante, “He said you looked tired, so he is helping you massage your shoulders.”


    ck Panther was moved as he recalled his cat, who would only ask for money. Milk Tea had only met him the first time and massaged his shoulders so ck Panther could not resist caressing Milk Tea’s head. “You are so obedient.”


    Seeing Milk Tea rub his palm, ck Panther ground his teeth, stamped his feet, and said, “Okay, reserve one slot for me.”


    Matcha was exhrated. At a nearby corner, Fish Ball, Elizabeth, Lightning, Rice Cake... popped their heads out to spy on Matcha and ck Panther.

    “Of course, I am no longer the silly cat who resorts to violence.” Matcha puffed up his chest and looked at Zhao Yao as he said, “Don’t worry Zhao Yao, this is only the beginning! There will be more and more students in college Y. I have nned a new batch of advertisements, however, the expenses...”


    “You shall report the expenses to me. As long as it is reasonable, I will support you. Matcha, do your best.” Zhao Yao looked at Matcha leave excitedly and pinched his brow chakra as he thought, “Matcha preferred swindling to fighting... he loves making money and entrepreneurship. Perhaps he is more suited to business than fighting.”


    “Did you mention swindling just now?” Sheriff curled up in Zhao Yao’s clothing and thought, “Hmm... how many innocent cats are going to be swindled this time?”
