    Looking at Sphynx cat’s well-built physique, Project X smiled to himself as appeared out of Sphynx cat’s shadow and bit down on Sphynx cat’s neck in a sh.


    “Sess!” Project X’s eyes lit up, “What a strong power this is. I can feel it. Absorbing this ability requires at least 20 seconds. But given my enhanced physical capabilities now after creating the doppelgangers coupled with Sang Biao’s physical evolution powers, I will definitely be able to hold out for that long.”


    Right at the moment when Project X bit on Sphynx cat’s neck, the flesh and blood on his body started vibrating intensely. One by one, tentacles shot out from his body and reached to entrap Sphynx cat’s body. It was his way of wrapping Sphynx catpletely in his grasp for him to snatch his superpower.


    On the other hand, Sphynx cat quickly reacted to the situation when he felt the bite on his neck. He turned and saw Project X on his back and scoffed, “It’s exactly as Zhao Yao guessed. This guy was actually hiding amongst the shadows?”


    Sphynx cat looked at the tentacles wrapped around him and scoffed again. His body vibrated before it erupted with power in the next moment, exploding Project X’s tentacles into countless chunks of flesh and blood that spurted out in all directions.


    “How is this possible?” Seeing how Sphynx cat easily broke out from his control, Project X was shocked beyond words. “His powers should have been suppressed by me! Why is he still able to counterattack with his physical body so easily?”


    Just as Project X was thinking about that, his vision turned ck as Sphynx cat’s paw smacked down on his face like a mountain crashing down on him. With just one blow, Project X waspletely burst into pieces in midair.


    Zhao Xue was ted at the sight, “Did we seed?”


    “No!!” Zhao Yao, who was still undergoing regeneration, screamed. “Those three cats! They might just all be Project X! Quick attack them!”


    Zhao Xue was stunned while Bai Quan immediately acted on his orders. Using the power of Ultra Rapid Regeneration, Bai Quan stared straight into the high-energyser beams as he charged forward roaring.


    Sphynx cat’s reaction was even faster. After sting Project X with a paw, his body shed before his pawnded again on Coffee’s head, smacking him down to the ground like a fly as his body disintegrated into a pool of blood.


    In that instant, the situation on the battlefield changed dramatically. Originally, Project X’s body was split into Project X, Coffee, ughter, and Shadow. However, in the blink of an eye, Project X was destroyed by Sphynx cat in one blow and Coffee suffered severe injuries as well. ughter was defeated by Bai Quan while the remaining prison cats were suppressed by Zhao Xue.


    The only thing that remained unharmed and unaffected was Project X’s shadow, as he had been hiding amongst the shadows all along.


    However in Project X’s eyes, even though the odds were clearly against him, he was totally undaunted and his heart was as calm as a river.


    “Hehe,” Project X gloated. “I shall y with you guys for another round.”


    The moment Sphynx cat struck and killed both cats, Project X who was hiding in the shadows finally made his move and counterattacked.


    At his will, a mad surge of gravitational force assaulted every inch of space in the main hall. Everyone lost their bnce in that instant and was dragged upwards by an immense, upward force.


    The whole main hall in Cat Wondend had its centre of gravity reversed in a sh.


    At that moment, even with Sphynx cat’s strength, it would be difficult for him to move at supersonic speed.


    Next, Project X controlled the ughter doppelganger to emit rays of white light and directed it upon everyone at the scene.


    Zhao Xue was shocked and immediately covered her face with her hand. Yet, she realized that the light that shone on her body did not seem to have any burning effect at all.

    Sphynx cat turned to look behind him and cursed immediately in his heart.


    On the wall behind them, the shadows of all the cats and humans present were reflected on the wall, like targets to be hit.


    The shadow tentacles that Project X controlled creeped across the wall as they pierced through everyone’s shadows on the wall.


    Shadow’s shadow attack power could injure a target’s body just by attacking its shadow. This power affects everyone and anyone regardless of their physical strength and defense capabilities.


    Even the machine cat that Doll controlled previously was damaged by through this attack.


    At that moment, if Sphynx cat’s shadow was attacked, his body would definitely be injured. Furthermore, he did not have the same regeneration powers as Zhao Xue and Bai Quan. With his body stranded in midair, it would be too difficult for him to block the far-range shadow attack aimed at his own shadow.

    With Roly Poly’s invisibility and the protection of the Deflective Field, Zhao Yao was able to mask the supercats from sight, sound, and smell, concealing them perfectly so that they coulde to his aid in the nick of time.


    As the sounds “Para-! Para-!” rang out from the ring, Project X locked eyes with Catherine. His vision turned ck as he dropped out from the shadows and crashed to the ground.


    Zhao Yao had long guessed Project X’s shadow powers, hence he came up with this n to thwart his opponent’s survival tactic.


    Indeed, the n was a sess.


    However, Project X’s physical abilities were not weak. The moment he crashed to the ground he woke up from his nap and tried to return to hiding in the shadows.


    Zhao Yao immediately shouted telepathically, “Elizabeth!”


    Elizabeth, who was concealed within the Deflective Field, shed red beams in her eyes as she aimed right at Project X.


    Project X was half-shadow half-cat when his body froze on the spot before it he slowly reverted into his physical form.


    However, even though the shadow of Project X was subdued, the ughter doppelganger controlled by Project X was not restrained by anything. He too was attracted to the red light and Catherine, copsing on the ground. However, he woke up right away and shotser beams at the crowd.


    Elizabeth could only control a single target at any on time. The shadow of Project X and Project X’s ughter doppelganger had developed their own brains and organs using the ability of physical evolution so they were able to fight independently and even be separate lives.


    Hence, even though Elizabeth controlled the shadow of Project X, it was like controlling one of King of Death’s puppets. She could not control Project X’s other doppelgangers at the same time.


    Yet, at the same time when ughter awoke, Bai Quan, Zhao Xue and Sphynx cat awoke as well. They all went through the same process of being attracted to the red light, falling into a nap and awakening almost immediately.


    Bai Quan, who was the nearest to ughter charged forward in a sh and managed to block the other party and received the full impact of the high-energyser beams. As the smell of burnt meat wafted out, he bellowed in rage as he rushed to ughter and smashed his fist ruthlessly on ughter’s head.


    The transparent supercat screamed in agony as it flew and smashed into the wall the next moment, his body sttering into different pieces.


    After Elizabeth gained control of Project X’s shadow, she was no longer worried and managed to cast her power of illusion on all the prison supercats, knocking them unconscious.


    When he saw this, Zhao Yao heaved a sigh of relief as he squatted down and thought to himself, “It’s finally settled.”
