Chapter 2187

    ?

A bald man strode up. "I''ll be frank, girl-it''s not like we''re making light of you, but no one stoops for second best after seeing the best in action. Don''t you think you should show some chops if you want some of our respect?"

Sadie smiled and nodded. "True. You kids may be talentless, but if I remain like an innocent maiden, none of you would be content."

Suddenly, she was in front of the bald man, punching him and sending him crashing into the other bouncers behind him.

Then, without giving the others a chance to respond, she floored the rest with a punch each.

Seeing that, Meg was pping and eximing, "That''s Mr. Frankton''s apprentice for you! She''s just built differently!"

Then, striding up to the rest, she snorted. "Weren''t you all getting full of yourselves, grumbling about this and that? Do you now understand that there''s always someone better?"

Even as the bouncers struggled to their feet, their attitudes changed drastically as they smiled.

"Yes, Ms. Quill-this is really new to us! It has never urred to us that there are so many powerful people in this world!"

"Lady, we''ll listen to everything you say from now on!"

Sadie smirked. "I won''t go that far, but I hope you''ll be more cooperative from now on. To be honest, I really wouldn''t be here if my mentor didn''t ask me toe."

Although she was being harsh, no one among the bouncers dared to argue, and they could only nod with their silly smiles.

That was when a couple of thugs helped a drunk geezer down the stairs.

His luck had definitely run out as he looked up and saw Sadie standing there imposingly!

There were plenty of otherdies, but they were all one of a million-a far cry from Sadie. "What the hell, they were hiding the good stuff from us?!"

The geezer promptly shoved the thugs at his side. "No, I must have her. Get her over here!"

The thugs naturally had no idea who Sadie was and strode up without hesitation. "Ms. Quill, she works here, doesn''t she? How much for a couple of hours?"

"She''s a guest like you," Meg snapped angrily. "That means she''s priceless."

The thugs were ready to threaten Meg when they looked up and saw the bouncers all smirking at them.

Terrified, they ran back to the geezer. "She doesn''t work here, boss. Let''s just go "

The geezer pped them across the

The thugs were absolutely exasperated and strode up as they sighed. "Sorry, Ms. Quill. He''s just drunk..."

    "Drunk?"

Sadie strode up, already annoyed for a while. "Then fuck off and stop being an eyesore here, or I''ll hurt you!" The

With those words, she strode up, determined.

The two thugs were scared, but the geezer was their boss, so they promptly leapt in front of him.

They just did not expect that Sadie was no pushover, punching both of them to the floor right then.

The shock almost jolted the geezer sober. "You''re good, girlie. But would you really dare to touch me?" "What do you think?"

Sadie was not about to y nice and kicked the geezer squarely in the gut, knocking him painfully on the floor and leaving him stunned for a white.

Eventually, he snapped, "You''re asking for it!"
