So inquisitive, he asked “how are we going to do it” James asked. “Do not worry I have it all nned out” , I said. “First, do you have any document that states that you are both founders?” I asked as though I was a detective.


    He thought for a while, and said, “no not any I can remember”. “Good, It’s like the n will change but let us continue. “We will attack from that angle and then I will call him out ” I suggested scribbling few words down on a note pad.


    “Are you sure this will go well?” he asked worriedly, with a little frown.


    “I can bet my life on it” I assured with confidence. Then I walked up to him, my hands resting on his shoulders “Honey, trust me on this, please”.

    Mr Reynolds was quite surprised at what his wife said, although he had a feeling or rather urge to do this. He know it’s not good but he have to secure his son’s future.


    After much nning for years, they finally got Henry Matthews framed and kicked out. He could not get defend himself because there was not documents stating that we were both co founders.


    He was sad, helpless and weak though Mr Reynolds was not happy but his wife acted as though everything look okay and good.


    “James, so you decided to throw our long years of friendship away, just like that? You allowed greed to get in the way, I dedicated everything to thispany, I fought for it , I have nothing left of me”, he said struggling to fight back the tears welling up in his eyes.


    “You have to leave now Henry before I call the police”, I said standing up showing disinterest in whatever he said. It alone broke his heart.


    He stood up, looked at James, shook his head and said” I regret meeting you in my entire life” and he walked away.


    James sat back in sadness, this is his childhood friend and he broke his heart. “I…. Am I… am I not a bad person?” He cried out throwing all the things on my table away scattering the floor.


    He felt lonely and deserted, his wife was not into tech and Henry who was his support was gone. They destroyed all he had, including his wife’s business. They made sure he could not work anywhere else.


    He was thinking of how to handle the situation, his hands on his cheek. He had fumbled earlier, but the deed has been done

    They soon arrived at the hospital where ire was and the phone rang …


    “Hello, will like to have a conversation with you at home” Alex said


    “I’m on my way to the hospital, your Dad is also here”.


    “Do not go to the hospital, I’m at your vi” Alex said


    “Okay” the call went off. “Head home please” she said to the driver and turned to her husband, “Alex is at our vi, he wants to see us”.


    “No, do not, let’s get to the hospital first, I need to see for my eyes that Henry’s Daughter is this ire, also I need to know why she approached Alex”. James said with a very worry look.


    They got to the hospital, and went straight to her room.


    “You are ire right?” James said as he walked closer and sat beside her on the bed.


    “Yeah, I am, and who are you, please ?” ire asked then saw Mrs Reynoldsing in also.


    “She’s the one, dear, she caused thepany’s ruckus and also now causing the ruckus happening in the family.” Mrs Reynolds said.


    “It’s okay, dear. How are you doing, my child” the man said to ire


    Right now ire could recognize that the man in front of her is Alex’s father. “I’m fine sir”.


    “Okay, you are ire Matthews, the daughter of Henry Matthews, your father is my old friend who we lost contact before I built my empire” James said looking really caring to ire


    “At least the father seems to like me”, ire thought, “Yes sir”


    “And you like my son” he said very serious this time


    “Yes sir, I love him, and also he loves me too, I’m sorry if I cause you and the family any distress, but I am not her to harm your son” ire said


    “Well, there is no reason you should be sorry, You both love each other and there is nothing I can do to that, just take care of yourself” James said and he decided to leave the room


    “What are you saying, James? This girl is a bad one and we need to uproot her from our lives” Mrs Reynolds shouted walking closer to James


    “No dear, let’s have them enjoy their time, happiness is what matters” James held his wife and left the room


    Those words were like heaven to ire, she could feel her bones getting stronger all of a sudden, she mustered strength, picked her phone to put a call through to Alex.


    Alex on the other side of the line is trying to contain his anger, but it’s getting wear off as they haven’t shown up till now.


    “Where are you, mum?” Alex let off a hard tone


    “We are here already” Mrs Reynolds clears her throat at difort of her son’s hard tone


    “Oh wee, I am waiting to see you” he puts an end to the call


    This is the very first time such an incident is happening but not the first time he is facing his parents outrightly for the kind of things they do, he once faced his parents during the Business crisis that made him the CEO of VisionTech


    Alex started his own tech business in Boston and came home for an event found out that his father’spany was at the verge of copse because of a scandal and during his research he found that his father James was involved in some kind of illegal actions and that thepany can’t be saved so he bought thepany’s shares through his business partner and merged the business together.
