    I was finally getting back to how I used to be. I and father settled our issues and now hees to our

    wouldn''t be surprised if they decided to get back together again. He made herugh a lot and I could

    Karina''s convocation was today and I was excited for her.


    "We are so going to bete for this thing, if we don''t get going now" mother said to me as I  hurriedly


    applied some make up on my face.


    "I am done, I am done" I said as I picked up my bag and headed for the car.


    "Congrats again my love, I am so proud of you dear" I said to Karina as I looked to the side of the car


    where she was sitted.


    "Thanks sis" she said smiling.


    "Father said he will meet up with us at the venue" Karina informed.


    "Alright then"


    several minutester we got in after so much traffic on the way into the school and looking for


    somewhere to park. Karina was issued her certificate.


    "I have something for you" father said to Karina as he handed her a gold ne.


    "Thank you so much dad" karina said as she hugged him tight and I and mother just stood smiling.


    I was happy she had her whole family here with her, she deserved it and she really was happy.


    We decided to go out for dinner to celebrate, it was amazing to be with everyone. Who would have


    thought I would be able to experience a day like this.


    As we sat in the restaurant eating.


    "I am so happy you all are here, I couldn''t have asked for a better convocation gift" karina said.


    "We are also excited to be here to celebrate with you my darling" mother said


    "You deserve it and more" father added.


    "Do you remember how you and your sister wouldn''t let your dad leave for work because you two


    always wanted to go with him"mother reminded.


    "Until he tells us to go and wear our slippers and he leave us" I added and we allughed.


    "True, true" Karina confirmed.


    "It wasn''t intentional my dears" father said and we allughed.


    "It was and you still got us everytime with the same trick" I saidughing.


    My phone began to beep and it was Hawa calling. I excused myself from the table before answering


    the call.


    "Hello dear" hawa said excitedly.


    "You remember I told you I was going to put in a good word for you with my boss"


    "Yes I remember"


    "He went through your CV and I also told him about how you passed the previous exam and he  wants


    to hire you to work in the hospital''s branch in Lagos" Hawa said excitedly.


    "Wow,that''s amazing.thank you so so much" I said then immediately after ending the call. I went back


    to tell everyone the good news.


    "I got the job!!" I eximed excitedly


    "Wow, that''s amazing. I knew you would" mother said with a smile.


    "Congrats dear"


    "I guess that''s one more thing to celebrate now" Karina said with a smile.


    Everything was finally falling into ce and it couldn''t have been better.
