    THE dining room is filled with joy andughter as they have their lunch. Amber is slightly getting


    courses but they were ssmates in one subject and since they are alwayste, they upied the


    seat at the back and that’s the start of a beautiful friendship.


    “How about you, Amber?” Lohan asked. “You’re a graduate of pharmacy, right? You didn’t take the


    boards?”


    “I didn’t file.” She answered, how could she file when she lost everything? “Maybe after a year or two. I


    don’t want stress and I am sure that Rafael will be against it.” She added as she nces at Rafa who


    just nods in agreement.


    “Danielle also graduated in the same course.” Joshua said. “Inf act, she just finished her boards and


    she’s one of the topnotchers.”


    “Yepp! And both of you celebrated and vi! You made her pregnant!” Phil teased and Joshua throw


    him a table napkin. “What? That’s true, right?” Philughed.


    “Whatever!” Joshua rolled his eyes.


    “Don’t tease Josh too much, Phil.” Rafael said. “Even if that’s how they started, look now, Josh is doing


    everything just for love.” He grinned.


    “Coming from you, eh?” Gabriel said grinning at him.


    “Well, people change when ites to love.” Lohan said, and the rest agreed.


    “By the way, Lohan, did you already found her?” Amber asked, referring to his fiancée.


    “Yep, but I’ll introduce her next time.” Lohan answered brightly, and happiness is all over his face. She


    didn’t got the chance to meet who the girl is because the night before their engagement party, the girl


    run away leaving no trace behind. She still remembered how Lohan reacted, confusion mixed with

    “It is good that she didn’t run away when she saw you, though.” She said making him choke on his food


    and the restughed.


    “Oh! Believe me, she nearly did.” Lohan sighed. “Do I look like I’m a hideous monster that would rip her


    to pieces?” Lohan uttered in disbelief making themugh. “she should be grateful that even if a lot of


    woman flocks around me, I paid no attention to them because I considered myself tied to her.”

    “Love, eh?” Lohan murmured and sighed.


    “Amber, are you really the one who cooked this?” Phil said asked for nth time as he took another bite of


    the butter shrimp with honey. She also cooked buttered chicken and made jello sd for dessert.

    “Yes! Amber cooked all of this!” Rafael said annoyance. “You’ve already asked that for nth time!” He


    added but Phil acted as if he didn’t hear him.


    “My standards in a woman is getting higher.” Phil said making Rafa sighed.


    “You and your high standards!” Lohan said. “That is why you even if you mom arranged you many


    dates if you’re like that…” he sighed.


    “Well, it is not my fault, I found faults on them, one is their attitude.” Phil said. “Being good in bed may


    count but I can’t stand their attitude.” He added making Amber frown, and he noticed it. “I am not


    saying that I bed all of those women… And why the heck I am exining this?” Phil asked in


    annoyance.


    “You’re the one who started it.” Gabriel said.


    “Damn!” Phil cursed.


    “What are you looking for a girl, then?” Amber asked.


    “Brains and beauty!” Lohan answered while grinning.


    “And not to mention, sexy!” Joshua said.


    “Not a gold digger.” Rafael added. She knows that they are joking but a sharp pain pierce through her


    heart.


    “And more importantly no attitude problem.” Gabriel added.


    “Are you guys, Phil?” Phil asked his friends in annoyance. “Amber is asking me and you guys


    answered. Seriously?” He added making the guysugh, and looks at her. “I don’t care about the first


    three, all I want for a girl is that she knows how to respect others to cater my needs.”


    “There is a girl I know who will fit your description and not to mention she’s a beauty and brains.” She


    said, making the guys perk up their interest.


    “Who?” Phil asked in excitement.


    “Kaylee Legaspi, a friend of mine who is working at MJ restaurant. I’m sure you already meet her.” She


    answered.


    Their attention turns to Lohan when he suddenly dropped his spoon.


    “Oh, don’t mind me.” Lohan said.


    “Of course, I know her.” Phil answered with a mysterious smile on his face. “I would like to know her


    more.” He added and Lohan cursed again. This time his water spilled. “She’s a beauty!” Lohan added


    with a wide grin on his face.


    “Are you okay, Lohan?” Amber heard Rafael asked Lohan. When she looked at Lohan, his face is dim


    and is ring at Phil who is just grinning at him.


    “But it seems that someone is going to murder me if I willy my hands on your friend.” Phil


    meaningfully said to her making her confuse.


    “But Kaylee is single, though.” She said.


    “Who knows.” Phil shrugged and continued eating with gusto. Rafa, Gab and Josh just sighed and


    shook their head at Phil.


    AMBER and Rafael are enjoying their selves in the butterfly garden, they headed there when Joshua


    and the others went home. Joshua and Gabriel even apologized about their rude behaviour when they


    sent Rafael home when he’s drunk.


    “Hon, do you know who is Lohan’s fiancée?” Amber suddenly asked.


    “Why do you ask? Are you interested on him?” Rafael frowned and jealousness is screaming on his


    eyes and tone.


    “Are you jealous?” She teased. “You don’t have to be jealous, hon. I’m only asking because Lohan is a


    friend of mine and he’s like an older brother. He is part of my childhood.” She added and loosely


    wrapped her arms around his neck.


    “I am not jealous.” Rafael said averting his eyes, making herugh.


    “You can’t hide anything from me, Rafa.” She said. “Your face tells it all.” She added, Rafael didn’t


    answer; he wrapped his hands on her waist pulling her closer and captured her lips.


    Amber didn’t expect the kiss but she wholeheartedly responded with the same intensity. “You are mine,


    Amber.” Rafael said when their lips separated. Possessiveness is evident on his eyes yet, she sees it


    as a sweet gesture, for her it only means that she’s slowly entering his heart, and she’s happy with it.


    “And I don’t share what is mine.” He added.


    “And I don’t share what is mine, either.” Amber said before he captured her lips again for another


    passionate kiss.


    “This ce is beautiful.” Amber said in amusement as they roam around the butterfly garden. “You are


    like in a paradise.” She added as she admires the butterflies flying around.


    “If I’m not mistaken, there are fifty different species of butterfly here. I don’t know if they added another


    species.” Rafael said.


    “Your mom is so amazing, she really worked hard to get where she is now.” Amber said. “Aww! So


    beautiful.” She eximed in amazement when a bluish white butterflynded on a tulip in front of them.


    “Yes… It’s beautiful.” Rafael said looking at Amber, he has always admired his wife’s beauty even


    before. When the butterfly flew, Amber looked at Rafa and caught him staring at her.


    “Is there a dirt on my face?” Amber asked.


    “You are beautiful, Amber.” Rafael said as he stares straight in her eyes. “You are like a goddess in a


    magical kingdom.” He smiled making Amber’s cheeks reddened. “And I love it every time you blush


    due to mypliment and mine alone.” Rafael added and kiss her.


    “Ever since this morning, you’ve been kissing and kissing me.” Amber said and slightly hit her

    not be bored because mom’s adventurous dogs, Copper and Draco will also be there for you.”


    “But they will also leave me, you said it yourself that they are adventurous.” She sulks.


    “I will be back. I promise.” Rafael said as he kiss the top of her nose.


    “What if you will meet another girl there and you will fall for her?” She is still sulking.


    “That would never happen, Amber, because in my eyes, there’s only you and you alone.” He said and


    give her another kiss on the lips. “There is something I will tell you when Ie back.”


    “You can’t say it now?” She asked as she wrapped her hands in Rafael’s waist.

    “Fine, but make sure that I would love that.” She said and leans her head on his chest. While Rafael


    hugs her. “Make sure that I would cry because of joyfulness.” She added making himugh.


    “Yes, I assure you that you will and you will scream in delight.” Rafael said and kissed the top of her


    head.
