Chapter 26 The Diamond Ne
It was a precious and gorgeous diamond ne. She was surprised.
Hedy quickly closed the gift box, handed over to Leo, and said, “Take it back to your dad, I don’t need
it.”
“But, mommy, daddy specially selected it for you. You will look beautiful when you put it on. Please just
try it on.”
Leo wouldn’t quit. He was ted, for now Victor tried to please Hedy.
Leo opened the box, took out the ne, crawled to Hedy. He sat on herps, and raised his arm to
tried to put the ne on her.
Hedy lowered her head so that Leo could reach it.
“Mommy will try it on, but it is just for you.”
Hedy absolutely couldn’t ept such a precious gift, for she assumed it would be a trap set by Victor,
and he would use it as an adverse evidence to take away the custody of Leo.
Victor just reached and was about to open the door. But he was astonished by what he was seeing.
Hedy looked perfectly beautiful and elegant with the ne. The chain was long, and the heart-
shaped pedant dwelled on her cleavage between her breast.
Victor squared his shoulder. As he expected, Hedy put on the ne. She was such a slut and eager
to seduce someone to bed with her.
Victor turned and walked down the stairs.
Before long, the butler came and called Hedy and Leo for dinner.
Hedy took off the ne, lightly put it back into the box, and gently niched Leo’s cheek, “After your
showering tonight, Mom will tell you stories.”
“Good. Will you ask daddy toe and listen as well? We, as a family, shall sleep together.” Leo said
expectantly.
Hedy slightly shook her head, touched Leo’s head, scooped him up in the arm and walked out for
dinner.
Leo grew up quickly day by day. Hedy seized every chance to scoop Leo in the arm before he was too
heavy to carry.
At downstairs, Victor already sat squarely before the dining table.
Victor cared about table manners. He wouldn’t allow to eat before everyone sat around the table.
Hedy darted a bitter nce at Victor as she thought of the words he said to her just now. But Victor
ignored her as if she was not sitting there.
“Leo, this is your favorite shrimp.” Hedy said, in a cheerful voice, as she shelled a shrimp and put it into
Leo’s bowl.
“Thanks, mommy.” Leo said joyfully, and deftly used the spoon to feed himself the shrimp.
Victor had a good appetite and ate more than usually, for the way Leo ate was adorable and appetized
him.
After dinner, they would like to do something to help digestion.
But it was not proper to do strenuous excise after dinner. So, Victor asked Leo to go for a walk with him
in the garden.
Leo agreed at once, but with a condition, “Mommy alsoes with us.”
Hedy was speechless… Blimey, she didn’t want to go for a walk with Victor. However, she couldn’t
resist Leo’s invitation.
Beaming with a hollow smile, Hedy held Leo’s hand and wander in the garden of the vi with Victor.
“Wow, what flowers are these? They look so beautiful. I have never seen them before.”
Leo was attracted by the flowers when they passed a flower bed after across the neat gardening forest.
Hedy was also surprised, for the flowers were protea cynaroides and princess flower. Both of them
were expensive and difficult to cultivate.
Hedy happened to know the flowers, and earnestly exined them to Leo. She reckoned it might be
useful to Leo someday in the future.
However, Victor took it different. He assumed the reason why Hedy knew a lot about flowers was she
hooked up with guys, and had received flowers from them frequently when she was abroad.
Victor looked up and saw anger into Victor’s eyes as if she was cheating on him. She was indignant
and darted her look away instantly.
No one would like to see a straight face, when a cute boy with soft cheeks like Leo was there.
Hedy niched Leo’s cheek. He was so cute that she couldn’t help kissing his cheek. Victor saw all of it in
the eyes as if she was showing off.
Frowning, he picked up Leo violently with one hand, carried into his arm, and marched backwards, “It is
gettingte. Let’s go home.”
Leo didn’t know what happened. It seemed Victor was mad or something.
Hedy was standing incredulously for a moment since her son just had been directly taken away. She
stared at the princess flowers, which reminded her of a disgusting face.
She recalled Victor held an armful of princess flowers for her at her birthday, and promised that he
would take good care of her like a princess from that day on.
If she hadn’t trusted him at all, she wouldn’t let herself into such a miserable trouble.
It was a little bit cool as the wind rose. Hedy wrapped up her coat and walked towards the bedroom.
In the bathroom, Victor and Leo were ying a bubble game.

Leo made a huge bubble and blew it over onto Victor’s belly, “Daddy, check this out. You are pregnant.”
Victor gently touched Leo’s nose, and softly spoke, “It was exhausted for your mommy to give birth to
you, isn’t it?”
“Yes. But mommy is tough. She has never spoken his bitterness out. So, daddy, you shall take good
care of mommy, right?” Leo started to preaching.
Victor nodded, taking up the shower head and showering Leo. And he blurted out, “When you were
abroad, was there any man helping you and your mommy?”
“Any man?” Leo frowned, stopped for a second, and smiled cunningly after understanding what Victor
was trying to ask.
Victor realized that Leo was exactly alike him. He was smart, quick-minded, and tricky.
As expected, Leo hit what Victor was thinking, “Daddy, do you mean guys that mommy dated with?”
“Yes, was there any?” Victor smiled awkwardly, and said in a calm voice.
Leo thought quickly. To be honest, he had never seen Hedy dating any guy. All Hedy cared were him
and their living problems.
However, if he told him the truth, Victor must think Hedy wasn’t attractive enough.
So, Leo spoke, with a serious look at Victor, “Of course, there were many guys mommy dated with. It’s
more than you can imagine.”
