Carson’s pov


    I looked at the clock ticking loudly. I was fed up of this conference.


    “Can you rap things up?”


    Everyone turned to look at me while I clicked my pen on my face impatiently. Mr Sebastian continued to talk. After long talks the conference was over. I got up and headed out. I was in a hurry, I haven’t seen Vrie’s face for 3 days now. I was so worried.


    I used the back door of the huge restaurant to avoid parrazi. Benson opened the car door for me and I entered hurriedly. I sat down quietly thinking about Vrie while the driver took me home. How could I be this obsessed with someone? I thought it wasn’t possible anymore, and she showed me I can love again.


    “Mr Carson!” Benson tapped me rapidly.


    “Y-yes!”


    “You said you wanted to talk to me.”


    Oh ya I did, I was thinking of getting Vrie a gift. “What’s a goog gift to give a girl?” Benson stared at me in disbelief “are you just gonna look at me?”


    “No, no I mean you haven’t asked me of anything of this sort.”


    “Now I’m asking you” I said nonchntly


    “Most girls prefer cute things as gifts. I think getting her a flower or a teddy bear would be nice.”


    That was it I am gonna buy her “stop at a flower shop.” I told the driver. “Which color do you think I should get her?”


    “Sir I d-dont kn-”


    “Why I’m I even asking you for romantic opinions.” I said pouring  myself a bottle of cocktail. After some minutes wended at a flower shop, I wore my sses and ruffled my hair so I won’t be recognized. I got out of the car and walked into the shop


    The dangling sound of the bell sounded through the room when I opened the door. I saw an old woman sitting over the counter.


    “Good day young man. How can I help you?” The old woman approached me with an ugly smile.


    “I need flowers.”


    “We have different varieties, make a choice young man.”


    I don’t know what to pick. Shit I cursed under my breath. “Give me a moment.” What was I gonna do? Probably check Google, that’s very foolish, but the only option I had. The first thing I saw was red roses, I’m pretty sure she would love them.  “I’ll take a mixed red roses bouquet.” after a while the old woman gave me the boutique. It was reallyrge like I requested, I paid and left the store.


    After an akward silence between me and Benson I arrived my mansion. The butler came out to open the door while I was greeted by the house keepers. I held the flowers and teddy bear in my hand tightly, I walked up the stairs to vrie’s room. I felt so nervous for the first time because of a girl, I could feel my toes curl up and I became sweaty for no reason. What was this feeling. I leaned against the wall to try calm down myself


    “Is Carson back?”


    She was concerned, quite surprising. I took a deep breath and walked towards her door, she faced the window with her maid.


    “My little rabbit.” I said walking over trying so hard to hide my shaky voice.


    “Huh.” Vrie turned around quickly.


    A bright smile disyed on her face. “I got you a present.” I said walking over to her bed. The smile got brighter and i felt relieved. Pheww I sighed under my breath, I brought out the boutique from my back and handed it over to her.


    She took the flowers. “Thank you.” The smile on her face disappeared immediately.


    “How are you?” I signaled her maid to leave us. “Why the sudden mood swing” I said looking at her beautiful endowed face.


    “Where were you?”


    “Why is that meant to bother you.”


    “Because I m- yunno what, I don’t care.” She said turning her face away. I know she missed me I sat down look at her.


    “Do you like the flowers, I bought everything for you”


    “It’s alright”


    I stood up walking towards the door. “I hope you really like the gifts.” I said closing the door and walking to my room. I opened therge doors of my room revealing a dark atmosphere, I hung my coat by the sides of the wall and I dropped my keys in my drawer.  I went ahead to light the Scented candles round my room. I heard a gentle knock on the door. I think it’s one of the maids.


    “Prepare my bath, immediately.”

    “who left my door opened?”


    “Sir you didn’t lock your door when you left.”


    “Alright, you may leave.”


    I turned back packing my hair into a little bun and tieing a towel below my waist. I was weed with the tangy scent of vani as I  got into the hot tub and soaked for a while, listening to calm music ying from my speakers. I scrubbed myself alone and got out of the hot tub.


    I dried my hair with a towel and tied my robe. I heard a loud thud from my room. What was that sound, it’s so suspicious. I pulled out a gun from my supplies drawer, I loaded my gun and tiptoed to the side of the door opening it quietly. I didn’t see anyone there. I walked out slowly looking around if I could find anyone. No one was here. So what was that ? I walked over to my table to find my dior perfume on the floor in pieces. My other perfumes weren’t in good condition. I looked around for onest time and no one was there. I went I to the bathroom to continue what I didn’t finish. Until I heard another sound. I rushed out of the bathroom immediately to see Vrie looking for something in my cupboard.


    “Vrie!” I shouted her name and she froze instantly. “What’s going on here.”


    I said moving towards her, she looked at me surprised.


    “I- I’m just cleaning.” She looked up at me with my wet hair dripping. I carried her up


    “Don’t lie to me.” Why are you here?” I said going closer


    “I told you I just came to clean.”


    She kept walking backwards till she reached the wall, I quickly held the opportunity to trap her. I pinned her to the wall quickly. “First you behave like I don’t exist now you’re in my room trying to do what, steal from me?” I said looking directly in her green sparkling eyes.


    “I wasn’t stealing, get away from me.”


    She screamed at me.


    I looked down at her “do you know you tempt me.” I looked at her emerald eyes. She swallowed hard looking at me. I moved closer holding her chin up. My hands brussed her lips, moving closer I couldn’t hold the urge to kiss her I pulled her into a kiss. Her soft lips against mine was amazing while her cupcakes scent filled my nose making it more enticing. I felt her moan a little and I stopped to look at her. “If you be a good girl maybe you might be my favorite.” Said leaning down to her neck sucking her cor and romancing her, she tried to escape my grip.


    “Ca-car.. Carson pleasee stop.” She battled to fight saying those words. I immediately stopped at looked at her.
