The door opened and it was J and some maids with utensils and what they’ll need to set up the table, another maid was with my food.


    “Sorry ma’am I didn’t ask if you’d like to eat here,” J said


    “That’s okay, I’d rather be in here” I assured her


    “Okay ma’am,” J said


    “Shall we proceed?” one of the maids asked politely, I looked over to J who was already looking at me for confirmation and I nodded


    “Yes you may proceed” J replied to their question, Once the table was all set up it was left for me to eat


    “Join me J” I invited J to the table


    “No ma’am it is against the rules” J politely declined my offer,


    “No one will know,e on, I’m sure you must be tired and hungry” I insisted


    “No ma’am I’m alright”  J declined respectfully


    “One more thing, please call me Valerie, not ma’am, I’m certain I’m not that old,” I said and we shared augh


    “Okay Ma- Miss Valerie” J shyly said


    “Just Valerie will do,” I said


    “Okay Valerie” J smiled at me and I smiled back


    waspletely famished, My little adventurest night had left me drained, As I took one mouth full of the soup I couldn’t help but devour it, That was one of the best soups I’ve ever tasted, My taste buds were pleased and my tummy was filled


    “How was it ma- Valerie” J held her tongue not to pronounce the word ma’am I wouldn’t say j me her, That was what she was used to


    “It was delicious” I didn’t hide my satisfaction. If I were in a restaurant I would’ve given the cook a tip, What an excellent meal, Or was it because I was hungry? Either way, I enjoyed my food.


    J prepared a bath for me and I took a long bath because I felt very dirty afterst night, I felt there was still mud on my body and I wanted every inch of my body to be scrubbed, I got out of the shower and I wore the clothes provided for me.


    I was sure after what I had done I would be confined in this room, But to my surprise that wasn’t the case, I heard a sharp knock on the door and J turned to look at me for permission to open the door and I gave her approval, It was one of the bodyguards.


    “Good day miss, I was sent to give you a tour of the mansion, if you don’t mind please follow me,” The bodyguard said, I just wanted to leave this ce I didn’t care about which part of the mansion we were going to, As long as I won’t be in this room all day.


    “Sure,” I said, I wanted to say a lot of things but I settled for one word. We stepped out of the room and J followed me behind my back. I figured they sent a bodyguard so I wouldn’t get any funny ideas.


    We walked through the halls and thergeness of the halls will always find a way to amaze me.


    “Where would you like to see first ma’am?” The bodyguard asked me, My mind wandered to the garden, I wanted to rx and most especially I wanted to see the fence.


    “The garden” I replied, J turned to look at the bodyguard, We probably thought of the same thing at that moment that he wasn’t going to agree because I had used the fence in the garden to try and escape but to my surprise he replied positively


    “Very well miss,” The bodyguard said, He led us to the garden and when we got there I shut my eyes to take in the sweet air the garden brought, I sat in the garden, Assimting the peace that came with it, The garden made me forget about all my worries, it had its way of sucking you in.


    After what seemed like a few seconds but it was some minutes after I got up and looked at the fence, Anger filled me as I discovered that the low fence had been elevated to a great height, Even a bird wouldn’t be able to fly over this fence.


    He thinks this little setback is going to stop me from gaining my freedom back, I won’t rest till I’m with my family again, I’m sure they are doing everything in their power to get me out of this ce, I’ve missed them so much, The bodyguard saw me standing there in a resolute positionText ? owned by N?velDrama.Org.


    “Will that be all miss?” He asked and broke my chain of daydreaming about my happiness, I snapped my eyes sharply at him


    “No take me somewhere else,” I said unwilling to go back to my room, when I was out here if felt I still had freedom of my own, Even tho I was still confined into the four walls


    I felt a pinch on my stomach but it was just for a few seconds. I should probably go use the restroom but then that will cancel my tour for today. I will go when I’m done, I’m not even pressed, it was just a few seconds of ufortability.


    “Would you like to see the art gallery” J suggested


    “Oh yes how lovely, thank you J”  I thanked J, I guess J knew I didn’t want to go back into that room so soon.


    “Follow me miss” The bodyguard led us to the art gallery, excitement filled me as it would be my first time getting a tour of a private art gallery


    We got there and the bodyguard sprung open the door. The first art we saw was a sculpture of Cupid. This must have caused a fortune to acquire. I wasn’t an artist, I couldn’t even draw to save myself but I had great respect for artists.


    We walked in and before I saw any more artwork I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and I screamed before I lost consciousness
