The breeze I felt was from the window in my room, I turned and saw the window was opened, with a creepy creaking noise, But I could feel someone standing over my shoulders, I quickly carried the nket that was under my feet to wrap myself in its warmth, It covered from my feet to my head, It made me feel safe in a way.


    It was morning already, The birds sang their melody, I couldn’t get much sleep, and My eyes kept snapping open at any sound, I didn’t trust this ce I had to be alert, My Dad always said it never allowed a person to catch you off guard, My heart ached at the thought of him, How I’ve missed him so deeply as it has only been a couple of hours. The morning sun brought a new wave of sadness as it shone brightly.


    Iy in the bed with my eyes open, staring into a space, I heard a knock on my door and I heard a familiar voice.


    “Good morning ma’am” J greeted with a calm voice


    “Morning” There was nothing good about the morning I’m being held against my will, so of course it’s not a merry morning.


    “Do you want to have your bath, Ma’am?” J asked politely,  What is it with always asking me for a bath?


    “No” I replied without even looking at her. I heard another knock on my door, Who could it possibly be now? When I turned I met eyes with the guy that picked us up from our house, He must be close to Carson, I needed to know why I was being held captive.


    “Where is your boss?” I asked him looking right into his eyes


    “I am Benson, I don’t believe we’ve officially met,” He said with a smile on his face, Why are they introducing themselves to me? I just wanted to be free, I don’t care about anyone here, I feel like I can’t breathe already.


    “Where. Is. Your. Boss?” I said sternly


    “He sent me here to ask if you will be needed anything else, He went out for a meeting” Benson answered, Everyone else seemed to be running mad apparently. I had an idea instantly


    “I want to go see my family,” I said hoping it would work, That was what I wanted more than anything right now.


    “I am afraid I can’t grant that request,” Benson turned me down politely, My shoulders dropped and I didn’t know what else to say


    “You can both leave” I signaled them with my hand to let me be.


    “If she is not serving you well we can get a recement,” Benson said as he was talking to J, I shifted my gaze to look at J and I could see that she was feeling bad about what had been said, I saw her body movement moved to that of sadness and fear. She didn’t have to be punished because of me.


    “She is doing good, you can leave” I asked Benson to step out, He smiled and left swiftly


    J moved forward and asked again

    “Sure” I replied, I saw how excited she was when I epted to finally have my bath, She headed to the bathroom that was at the other side of the room, It was the biggest bathroom she had ever entered, The bathroom was bigger than her room back home, She wore a robe that was hanging at the entrance of the bathroom, It had a soft and cozy texture, It wasfortable to wear. She stepped into the bathroom and met J standing by the corner”


    “May I help Ma’am? J asked with her hands folded at the back


    “Help with what?” I asked curiously


    “Help you bathe ma’am?” J said freely,


    “I certainly did not need anyone to help me have my bath, you can leave” I couldn’t believe she was serious about helping me bathe.


    “Ok ma’am,” She said while exiting the bathroom, I stopped her halfway and asked


    “Is this how you bathe your boss?” I asked curiously waiting for an answer.


    “Yes ma’am his assigned maids do,” J said, hiding her face. He is so shameless. What else should I expect from a man who kidnapped an innocent girl?


    “You can leave now” J proceeded to leave after hearing my words.


    After I saw her walking away from the bathroom door I slowly removed the bathrobe and got into the bathtub, the hot bath was sending a sweet sensation all over my body, It rxed my nerves I could smell the rich fragrance, This was the only soothing thing I’ve felt since I was met with this ill fate, I should’ve listened to J yesterday, Maybe she was just trying to help.


    When I was done I came out of the bathtub, cleaned my hair with a towel, and let it flow on my back, I wore the robe and stepped out, I was met with a neatly arranged bed and J holding a short dress, It was a purple re gown with delicate designs, She held a neckpiece, It was silver and it looked expensive.


    “Who is all these for ?” I asked J, It was obvious it was for me but I wanted to confirm.


    “Sir has requested to have breakfast with you” J replied


    “Tell Sir, I don’t care and I’m not having breakfast with the person that separated me from my family” I yelled at J


    “Ok ma’am, at least dress up please,” J said nicely


    “You can leave to tell him now, I can dress myself up” I instructed J. She nodded and left, I put on the dress and shortly after I heard a knock on my door, I saw some maids bringing in food and chairs, trying to set up a dining set in my room.


    “What is this?” I asked J who was standing by the corner, I was surprised by the new arrangement.
