Chapter 24 Too Good
As Angel, she would never again believe the words spoken in the name of love.
Angel was ignorant, but someone loved her.
Belle was tolerant, but she died.
Alexia took the steak to Angel, “I always feel The Newman family is too false.”
Angel choked on the water and coughed slightly.
Alexia asked, “What''s wrong?”
Angel waved her hand. “It''s all right, Aunt, your words scared me.”

Angel wiped her lip corner and said, “You said the Newman family is too false.”
“Oh.” Alexia put a piece of steak into her mouth, chewing slowly, as if trying to figure out how to phrase.
She took a sip of water and said slowly, “Good things make people feel unreal. I have never thought
about that before, but today I met Sofia, I suddenly had this feeling.”
“Anna is too perfect, all rich and powerful daughters see her as a good friend. She is always so soft
and gentle, but I felt something wrong.”
Angel smiled. “If I die, you will be sad, but you won’t talk about it with others.”

“Aunt, is the man who stopped Daisy for me at the Yany Restaurant surnames Foster?” Angel asked,

Angel''s hands were clenched into fists, against her jaw.
“I think Daisy likes him.” Angel looked at Alexia and said.
Alexia sneered, “Daisy is daydreaming. Jason won’t like her.”
The Foster family was one of the four major families.
Philip Foster has three sons. Brooklyn Foster was his eldest son born with his wife. The second son
and the third son Noah Foster was born with his mistress, but was raised in the family in the name of
his wife.
